Although this is not a sit-down place, unless you book a private event for the reserved seating space, they still offer to go options for the passers through.

Don’t let this deter you because you would be passing up a To go service, which literally ranks in between a Louis Vuitton & Tiffany &Co pedigree but for food.

It is a bit pricey but literally worth the gold!
So much care and skilled finesse is put into these boxes of palating delights.
The bed of rice the sashimi sits on has the subtle sweetness that accommodates the fresh vibrant flavors of the fish, bringing your taste buds nothing but fresh perfection!
It comes in a delicate, beautiful bag, and the boxing that holds the dish seems to be biodegradable yet is as preciouse as the contents there in.
I have never had a better take out experience ever, and when I can responsibly go back to get another take out, which is hard because they are a block from my home, and I already want another take out, but I will definitely go back to indulge!!!
Must go for takeout or sign up and reserve a sit-down dinner event.
If the takeout is this good, I can only imagine what a private reserved sit down dinner is like!

Wabi sabi catered to our wedding in October. Chef Makato and Ryoji went above and beyond. They never compromised the quality of the food for our event in a remote location. Presentation was great, serving was swift and the customer services was exceptional from day 1 of the planning to the event day. They played a big part to make our wedding successful. Thank you Makoto and Ryoji!

I hired Sushi Wabi Sabi to cater my birthday party, and we had a wonderful experience! I had 16 guests, and the buffet style sushi was perfect for dinner. The fish was fresh and the sushi rice was flavorful. The chefs are so nice and very punctual. Chef Makoto was excellent at communicating with me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Sushi Wabi Sabi!

I typically don’t write reviews, but Sushi Wabi Sabi left such an impression that I felt compelled to share my thoughts. Learning that one of their chefs previously worked at Sushi Yasuda in NYC piqued my interest immediately. Given that establishments like Sushi Yasuda are known for their high-quality offerings at premium prices, I was initially skeptical about Sushi Wabi Sabi’s ability to match that quality at a lower cost. Nonetheless, I kept an open mind and decided to give them a try.

As someone who is quite particular about sushi, I can confidently say that Sushi Wabi Sabi excels in their craft. The freshness of the fish and the meticulous attention to detail—from the perfectly seasoned rice to the potent freshly grated wasabi and the meticulous Japanese packaging—truly reminded me of my experiences in Japan and at top-tier sushi spots in NYC.

Sushi Wabi Sabi delivers an unmatched combination of price and quality. It has quickly become my favorite sushi restaurant!
