A small sushi restaurant with fresh and delicious sushi. We got crab rangoons to start with which were filled with a delicious homemade filling. We ordered the Las Vegas roll and the two-na roll. Both were a lot bigger than expected but were fresh and they served it quickly. Definitely would go back.

One of my favorite sushi places in the KC area. Prices aren’t bad and the lunch specials are the best bang for your buck for sure. Get there early! The parking isn’t the best because it shares a parking lot with multiple restaurants and businesses.

Wow! I can’t speak highly enough of this place. The hot and sour soup was FANTASTIC. Literally the best ever. I didn’t think anything could too it, and then the sushi came out. Incredible. All of it was great, but the smoked salmon was the show-stealer. Service is great, and prices are awesome. Go here!

I have been coming to Sushi Uni for years and have never been disappointed. The sushi is hands down the best I’ve had in the KC area and it’s affordable too, especially if you do the weekday sushi lunch special. My favorites are 87th street roll from the lunch special and the KC Chiefs roll for dinner. While there can be long wait times if you come during their busy hours, it’s honestly a testament to how good this place is that so many people try to come to this small strip mall sushi place, and you can get it to go too if you are really worried about that.
