This was neither Fast nor Food. Despite the pictures, there is no one at the checkout, it’s all self-service. Wanted to pay cash, so I had to use the drive through. Instead of handing me a bag, I had to drive back around the building (across traffic) Instructions on where to park were vague. No one brought my order. Had to go back in and wait til someone noticed me. What I finally received was awful. No condiments. My stomach still hurts 3 days later.

Stopped by at about 12:40am on a Monday morning and ordered via the app which went through fine, and before this verified they were open at this time on Google.
When I pulled up to the window I was promptly told that they were closed. When I pulled back around into the lot to cancel my order while parked I can see multiple employees sitting in the dining room, presumably taking their lunch break and somebody at the service window.
I’ve got no problems with folks needing to take their breaks, but I’d rather have slow service or an explanation of why an order can’t be fulfilled and having that order canceled for me rather than being lied to.
This on top of just overall rude service over multiple past stops makes this really disappointing as it’s one of the only places open during my commute home from work. Taco Bell looks like my next stop!

This is truly one of the worst locations ever. The only time you get fresh hot food is when it’s busy. And this makes sense because they have no choice but to serve fresh food. I ordered a cheeseburger. No request or anything. But when I got it, there were no onions, AT ALL. The service is okay, needs some work. But holy crap. They can’t EVER get my order right.. Even when I don’t ask for any customization for my food. McDonald’s was my first job ever. It’s not HARD to do your job properly, unless you can’t read or you’re just lazy. I’ve been coming here since I was in high school. I’m an adult now. The service never got better. The manager in the morning has the worst attitude. I don’t know his name but he’s a middle aged Filipino man. You guys need to do better. We pay for our food with money we worked hard to get. We work just like you do. I don’t know if y’all hate your job, but if you’re clocked in, do your job. The least you could do is get our orders right or make sure nothing is missing.

Sweet tea was not sweet. NO FRIES NO SAUCES and no straw. I only ordered a 10piece nugget meal and I’m guessing McDonalds ran out of fries. Not only the service sucks through drive through but I guess deliveries are the worst

It’s sad im already getting robbed without the gun by paying 13 bucks for a Big Mac and fries. Now I’m stuck with a bread and cheese burger, thanks McDonald’s!!!

Honestly it keeps getting worse every time we return. Last weekend we picked up breakfast sandwiches and they must have thought I wouldn’t notice a hamburger patty instead of the sausage in my McMuffin? Disgusting. And today I get a breakfast sandwich that had some sauce on it, neither of these food items were even close to being edible. Save yourself the money and go to another location.

I actually like this McDonald’s few of the managers are amazing but i have to give one star because of this incident, only thing needs to be fixed is the employees having attitudes I ask one girl today about the kiosk not printing on receipts she pretty much just shook her head and shoulders like what am I supposed to do. She is always having a attitude.
Well today she had a attitude as always and broke one of the rules on your phone while waiting on oders smh well I think more training needs to be done if you dont want to work stay home.

The morning weekday crew is PHENOMENAL!!! I don’t even have to say a word! The moment any of them see me, they know my order by heart and they know me by name!! I am ALWAYS treated with kindness and respect! Aside from how I am treated, I’ve witnessed ALL of the staff, both morning afternoon, weekday, and weekends treat everyone with respect! I witnessed people lose their marbles this past holiday season. They treated the staff so foul! Most of the people who came in wanted the grinch meal so they could get a pair of socks! They flooded the restaurant quite a few times, and got upset with the staff at how busy it was, as if the staff invited people to flood the restaurant ! Even though the staff was being berated and disrespected, the staff held their heads high and pushed through!

I ordered through the McDonald’s app and checked in for curbside pickup while already parked in the designated spot. The order was simple—just a 10-count McNugget and a large sweet tea. I waited 30 minutes with no food and had to call the store, where I was told they “tried to bring it out” and I wasn’t there. This is false, as I placed the order from the spot and never left. It is unacceptable for the company and its employees to blame the customer for their inability to provide efficient service. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially when mobile ordering is supposed to be fast and convenient.

I’m… baffled.
My husband went to pick up our order- which we put in through the app at 9:46 PM. He didn’t get out of the drive thru until 10:40, and had arrived at around 10:00-10:10.
There were FOUR cars in front of him, and somehow, two meals took an HOUR. He saw management twiddling their thumbs near the register, and only saw one person near the receipt window. He was told he’d be helped “in a moment”, only to wait around 20 minutes… at the ORDERING MICROPHONES in the drive thru.
This is the second time we’d ordered from this location in the last couple of weeks, and both times they’ve left items out of our order. The food, like always, is ice cold. The fries are stale.
We are PISSED. I’d rather spend the extra gas to go to a different location than ever deal with these people again. How careless and inconsiderate can staff get???
