The sushi here is probably one of the best I’ve ever had. All the sushi here is fully kosher meaning no shrimp or shellfish but this does not impact the taste of the food. Instead of traditional menus they give you an iPad to chose what you would like to eat. They also take payment via iPad , which makes it very easy for you to split the bill if you’re out with a group of friends. Overall the quality of the food is great and it’s definitely one of my go to places.

Sushi has nice presentation and tasted great. Didn’t have eel though because it’s a kosher sushi restaurant which was a bummer but overall had a great experience.

I ordered on Grubhub for pickup. These 2 little girls in the front told me the system was out after I drove 4 miles to the spot. They don’t even apologize and continue munching on their food like nothing happened. Never ordering from here again. Ridiculous.

Ordered sushi and appetizers for pickup, the fish here is NOT fresh at all, I’ve never seen such pale fish at a sushi restaurant before, the avocados in my rolls and appetizers were all black. This is not what sushi is supposed to look or taste like. They do not use sushi grade sushi, and eating spoiled and old raw fish is dangerous. This was by far the worst sushi I’ve ever had. When I called the store to let them know my concerns the employee Yitzy responded “I don’t know what to tell you.” I would never eat from this establishment again. All other sushi tokyos are great, this one is a disaster.

The driver delivery was extremely rude. He’s was 45 minutes delayed without notice. Food was soggy due to his tardiness so I barely enjoyed the food. I reported his rudeness and was supposed to get my tip back and never received it. This Was over a week ago. Maybe in-house would work better but I wouldn’t order food from them with that driver who thought he was tough to come to my house with that attitude. When I never even made the lateness an issue. He clearly has no fear or consequences.

This place looks nice but it’s confusing and the workers seem apathetic and don’t explain anything to you. They were unprofessional. The combo seemed like a good deal but the best thing out of my whole dish was the slices of ginger. The rolls were rolled terribly, tasted stale, and just all around terrible. The wasabi wasn’t even real just some cheap knock off. The Miso soup was just wrong. I’ve never had such terrible sushi in my life till today. Depression. It had nice music though.

The sushi was great, I forgot which roll I had but it was really good and they give you a lot of sauces. However, the service here is not good. If you aren’t a fellow Jew, they won’t treat you as good. I’m a minority and they did not treat me as so great. I would come back here again, but the service needs to be fixed.

Great sushi, not so great service. To elaborate, the sushi tastes fresh and the store is beautiful on the inside but the customer service is terrible. After they messed up my order, I called the store and they said they’d have the forgotten sushi delivered. After an hour of waiting, agitated, I call the store back and the gentleman on the phone says, “oh, I’ll leave now.” As in he forgot about my order that they also forgot to put in earlier. (?????) Might I add, it’s already after 11 pm. Not sure what’s up the kids they hire but management should do a better job training.
Quite disappointing if you ask me.
