Had high hopes for this place, really wanted a good sushi spot in Snohomish. In fairness to the business it’s a great convenient location, the store is clean, and the staff is polite and friendly. The sushi however is super basic, and not great quality. All of the rolls I ordered were heavy on rice, and light on ingredients. This is on par with grocery store level sushi, but not any better, unfortunately.

Decided to stop here for dinner since they are finally open.. definitely not impressed for the price. Portion size is great, but quality of ingredients used and ratio amount (cucumber, crab salad, avocado ratios) are move veggies vs the actual crab salad which is the most expensive ingredient used, so I get it as they just opened. Menu is simple but is to be expected at a “to go” sushi place, but in all honesty I probably won’t be back anytime soon as Kami Teriyaki & Haggen (both also in Snohomish) have much fresher & better options if you truly love sushi with actual fish/sashimi fish.. I’d say if you’re craving sushi and in a pinch this might work but this would not be my first option. Once they have been open a while, I will check them out but Haggen’s $5 any sushi roll on Wednesdays has my heart and business.

The Sushi was great for what they offer. No raw sushi yet but they are working on it. Blows Haggen’s California roles out of the water but since Haggen’s offers raw sushi they have a wider selection. It’s a great place to curve the sushi cravings. Their Hot Cheeto role is weird at first glance but actually quite good when you get up the courage to order it. I’ll definitely be stopping by often for a quick role. Can’t wait for them to expand the menu. They are also very fast at getting the food to you. Pricing is competitive. You’re not getting cheap sushi for a stupid cheap price like some places around here. You’re getting good sushi for a good price.

You get a lot. What you get isn’t very good. It’s pre made, has been sitting for a while, and you can immediately tell the ingredients aren’t the best. It’s bland and the rice was very soggy. The only thing that slightly makes up for it is the quantity you get.
