My partner and I stopped by this local spot to get a bite to eat. I’m glad we did because it was delicious! It definitely hit home and is somewhere id recommend to try. It’s a bit small inside but otherwise, great place to come grab a bite for sushi hibachi, fried rice, bentos, and so on. They even have delicious chia tea and boba! Next time I’m here, I will be coming back!

Used to go weekly. They changed the spicy tuna roll and I guess dont know how to make it the old way anymore.
Nows its just a tuna roll + spicy mayo. Spicy mayo doesn’t belong on sushi (or mixed in with the mince tuna)
Edit: Thank you for the refund. I apologize for the 1 star. I updated the review to more accurately reflect the totality of my experience. Overall: very good. I am kind of particular about food and when I find something I like, I make it a routine.
I was a bit upset that my order had been incorrect. But you have to understand: this was my third time trying to get the classic spicy tuna since the menu change. It has been quite frustrating. To be clear, I don’t blame the cashier or the chef at all. I blame the decision to change the menu.

Lots of good memories here. Wait times are pretty long but the food is always cooked and the orders are right. Nice and cozy and they’ll let you chill in the parking lot. Decent bubble tea but I’d recommend their other options, like hibachi or the noodles. Me and my friend’s school is right down the street and we love to come here, god bless the poor employees who have to serve 15 kids at a time.

Great prices and super flavorful! Chicken habachi is 10/10. Spicy tuna roll was delicious with huge chunks of fish. We ordered several other rolls too. Everything was great!

Sushi Shack, what in the world is going on with you guys? We frequent here super often, we will not be going back after today. My boyfriend got the shrimp tempura roll and said it tasted off and wasn’t good at all. I got the volcano roll and could only eat the crab off the top after trying one piece. Look at the size of the tuna??? Where’s the avocado?! It was horrible. Bubble tea was not good. So disappointed. This used to be our go-to place for sushi, appetizers, and hibachi.

We made a to-go order and this is what we got for nearly $50. They give you very low quality soy sauce for your sushi and the “pork belly” tacos really tasted and looked like sliced hotdogs! Sorry but we will not be back

I got the chicken teriyaki ($10), and I think the veggies were actually my favorite part! They tasted char grilled and were so good. I wish they had lunch prices, because I definitely wouldn’t want to spend $10 on this every time. My only other complaint was that we waited about 25-30 minutes for our food, even though we were the only customers inside. Other than that, we really enjoyed our food!

I paid almost $9 for 5 slices of a shrimp Tempura roll that didn’t even have eel sauce. And it looked like my roll was just thrown into the box. The sesame chicken was amazing but $9 for 5 slices is INSANE. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. The young lady at the register was very nice and helpful considering it was my first time there. (That’s what made me give 3 stars) . In all for $40 for a meal and tip I’m disappointed

This place popped up during covid. My experience started with DoorDash. Probably made 30 orders. In the beginning it was amazing and affordable. Had some delivery issues in the end, subpar food etc. Like to the point I wouldn’t get it delivered again through any app. But I went last week to the restaurant, ordered and ate in. It’s very small inside, but you can definitely eat there. Got the chicken tacos this time, in store prices and food quality match up well. I would certainly eat there again, it was worth the money. But I would never get it delivered again unless I was drunk. I’ve eaten most of the menu. Fried food is Atypical, tacos on par with Typsy Taco, sushi is better than Publix but not as good as your favorite sushi joint. The best menu option is the Hibachi, IMO.
