Sushi Sake on 8th Street is hands down the best location of them all! The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The service was top-notch, with the staff making sure every detail was perfect throughout our visit.

Elizabeth was hands down the best server I’ve ever had at Sushi Saki. She has the most charming personality and such a beautiful spirit. From the moment we sat down, her warm smile and positive energy made the entire night feel special.

The food was amazing, we tried most of miami rolls, they were unbelievable!!! The staff was nice but i think was the end of shift and didn t care too much about the table… They have happy hour and the prices are good for the Miami prices. Is a nice place in the heart of Little Havana. Is a must to check it!!!

To begin with , when you walk in your greeted with such enthusiasm, my waiter CARIDAD was the most helpful and kindest of them all , I definitely recommend this location and make sure you ask for Caridad as your waiter lol ! I always order the miso egg drop and JB roll all the time ! And I would say this location has made the best miso egg drop I’ve tried so far !!! Location mess up orders all the time whether it’s in the place or carry out. And then they act like it’s no big deal after having to drive 20 minutes back and forth. Asked to speak with manager and was ignored. Need better customer service, especially after opening this location in a touristic area.

atmosphere was excellent and welcoming very extremely fancy.
however the Service, was the best experience we had, out waitress Vanessa Fernandez, was extremely welcoming and very family oriented, she made us feel right at home from the moment we came to the restaurant, our waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu and prepare us some Cuban Mojito that was excellent.
she was very helpful and made sure our food was high end quality, every restaurant deserve to have such a professional waitress as Vanessa Fernandez, she really deserve a well good tip and her manager should praise her for the well and excellent job and a beautiful smile she gives to all the guest.

Had lunch here today with my husband and our two young children. We had the volcano roll, the dragon roll, and a combination of things from the hibachi menu. My son loveddddd the Saki noodles and he’s 7. Kids love noodles! Haha! Our server’s name was Vanessa! Excellent service! We will be back the next time we visit Miami!!!
