I did not expect good sushi from a truck outside a convenience store in rural Arizona, but I was very pleasantly surprised by this. It’s not too-class sit-down sushi, but this is very good!

Having grown up in Alaska, I am picky when it comes to seafood, so a food truck in the middle of Arizona did not sound like it would be amazing. Apprehensive as I was, I decided to try it, and it did not disappoint! They had some of the best sushi I have ever had, much better than anything in my hometown. We will definitely be coming back for more!

The cucumber salad is so marinated and perfected. My girlfriend and I absolutely love everything we’ve tried on the menu. Their sliced ginger is amazing. The coconut burrito is amazing.

This place is ok. Mostly because there isn’t anything else in the area. Their basic rolls are good, so are the hand rolls. Although there is no understanding of a true philly roll here. Thier nigiri/sashimi selection is very limited but to be expected giving the location. I’d probably stop by more often if they took debit cards. Pain in the but having to always go get cash and I’m not gonna pay an additional $4 to use the ATM inside the gas station.

Sushi is pretty decent here. The ONLY feedback I have is that there is NO online menu available. You have to go to their Facebook page which is loaded with unorganized and separated pictures of their food, which look absolutely appetizing, don’t get me wrong. The problem is that these pictures are out of order and repeated several times making it a big chore to figure out if it was something you’ve already seen. So here is their menu. I tried to get as clear of a picture as I could. I hope it helps others.

I wasn’t expecting too much because it was a truck but I was very surprised The Taste was amazing fast service it was really good I am so glad I pulled over at the gas station to get sushi never thought I would get sushi by a gas station but I was so glad I did the only thing that I regret was not buying another LOL

Was so extremely off put by the idea of sushi out of a food truck and was so extremely wrong about it! Best sushi around, period. The wait time is as short as it can be making everything fresh as you order it, and the staff working there is super nice! Definitely recommend to anyone wanting sushi without the 3 hour drive out of town!
