Used to be a regular here but this will definitely be the last time they see me in!
Quality of food has changed. Kitchen items are less tasty. For $17 stir fried noodle barely any flavor now.
The “garlic shrimp” didn’t even have garlic it was just a shrimp stir fry with veggies. No flavor whatsoever.
But the main reason I won’t be back is because I recently ordered my usual red dragon roll. The tuna was bad. Either that or it’s been in the fridge for 2+ days. The server knew I was a regular and the chefs didn’t want to admit it. They even still charged me for half the roll knowing it wasn’t eaten. The tuna color and smell was off had a slimy taste. (Mind you I’m a regular and get this all the time) they tried to say it’s because it’s ground tuna/they changed the tune and funny thing the tuna wasn’t even ground tuna! Charging me for it was the last straw idgaf about them discounting the roll it was not eaten.
Never going back! This might be their last year.

We called our order in forty five minutes ahead and still showed up to food that was not ready. The place had maybe three tables seated, so there was no obvious rush to explain the delay.
It also feels stuck in the past. No online ordering. You actually have to call. In 2025 that is frustrating and unnecessary. Calling in an order should at least mean the food is ready when you arrive.
The only reason this is not a one star review is the food. It was decent once we finally got it. Not amazing, not bad, just fine.
Overall, poor execution and outdated ordering cancel out otherwise okay sushi. I would think twice before ordering again unless the process improves.

A very decent sushi restaurant in South Colorado Springs. The food was very good quality, though a bit on the pricier side. That’s okay though, as just having an option for good sushi in this area is a huge plus. The atmosphere is great as well. The one thing they can improve is the quality of the menus. The print job was competitive faded, and ordering was more difficult than it should be. Overall, a great experience.

Food is good tasting, higher than comfortable price. Tables are clean, but overhead lighting is not and is quite dusty. One time I had a small bug crawl from beneath a sushi roll, to their credit they replaced the meal but it has set with me and I have only been back once since then.

Not a bad little spot. Was craving sushi and found this place late at night. I ordered the pikes peak roll and it was really good. I took a star away because the night I went there was 2 drunk guys at the sushi bar yelling and cursing at one another. Then, they proceeded to “talk it out” outside. I have no idea what was happening, but it was a bit frightening. I just wanted to enjoy a nice quiet sushi dinner. The guy behind the sushi bar also kept staring and made me feel awkward. Overall, I enjoyed my food and my waiter was nice. I may go back again.. Maybe earlier in the day when people aren’t quite as drunk yet.

For being in a strip mall, this was one of the more high end sushi joints in town and I was blown away by the craft that went into each roll. Obviously a little bit pricy, but that’s also what you expect at a place like this. Even though some of the decorations were pretty cheap, the feel inside was more authentic and upscale, and the staff was incredibly polite and professional, despite their age and apparent lack of experience. Will DEFINITELY be back!

Ate dinner here for our anniversary. The atmosphere is good, gives you the Japanese vibe. Our server was also great. I think the food is a bit overpriced. I got the Bulgogi Beef Bowl, my husband thinks it was good but I have tried better. My husband got the Garlic Ginger Shrimp and it’s just plain and basic. They were plated neatly but we expected more flavors for its price. I might be wrong but for me it feels like the food were just reheated and not freshly cooked. It came out way too fast which is great, but I just hope it is really freshly cooked.
We might come back and try other things such as sushi and see if it’s worth it. But for now, I will leave 3 stars.

This is one of our top 3 favorite sushi restaurants in town!! Sushi is one of my favorite foods but I’m also very picky about it…. We come here fairly often either on dates or with a group of friends. The service is always great. The food is always incredible. I love the variety of options and how creative they get with their recipes. Everything always tastes so fresh. We always try something different, and we are always very pleased

Food was excellent, worth the price. Atmosphere is quiet and cozy.
Service wasn’t too great, but it didn’t take away from the main focus. Definitely recommend, just go hungry because the food is amazing.

Food was delicious. Service was slow but I think they were understaffed. The waitress was kind/friendly and same for the rest of the staff. The quality of the food was worth the wait.
