Surprisingly great sushi find in this little shopping complex with the Aldi, Dave’s Hot Chicken, alcohol, etc.)
The storefront is small and shared with a Tiger Sugar for your bubble tea — but the tables are that wooden style and they maintain the cleanliness fairly well so it’s kind of a relaxing area!
The food itself, you can grab some to-go convenience store style riceballs and other little items on the side next to the gacha machines. But if you order at the counter- they prepare it right then. It tastes fresh and honestly, still cheaper than getting a poke bowl at Hofstra … with way more options.
I love their sashimi options here. The eel is also good. And the spicy tuna rice ball is my to-go choice.
Their bathroom is also clean btw. You have to go through the anime wall in the back (lol).

I liked the grab and go concept the store had and wanted to visit, but when I did the shelves were pretty empty, except for having a few California roll pieces. I ordered 2 rolls for take out and waited a little over 45 minutes. The cashier just responded that there’s only one chef and that if they make a mistake they have to restart, which makes me think that the chef is making a lot of mistakes? I’d agree with other reviewers that the fish tasted fresh, but I was really disappointed my salmon avocado roll barely had salmon compared to the amount of avocado and the scallop roll had more tempura crunch than scallop. Not sure if I’d come again.

Excellent sushi, amazing staff. Sushi is really fresh. Anything that they don’t have in the front they’re willing to make for you to ensure freshness. Service is exceptional and I cannot recommend this place enough. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend coming here.

Every roll was delicious! My favorite was the Brook. The salmon sashimi in the konbini section was also nicely prepared with soft, sticky rice and still super fresh, even though I went around closing time. Yum all around

RUN HERE RIGHT NOW!! I’ve already been here twice since it’s opened and the sushi is super fresh. Its also nice that the pre-made sushi is sold in smaller increments because that lets you try a bunch of different types! the prices are amazing too AND the owner is also super nice, he even gave us a trial run appetizer on the house (which was sooo pretty and really good)!

My husband came here yesterday and loved it and told me I had to try it. It’s inside a space shared with Tiger Sugar and take-out style with 2 tables of 6 stool seats (total 12 seats) if you want to eat there. I came today and ordered 9 pieces of sushi – most sushi pieces are $2ea including yummy torched salmon belly. I also got toro sushi ($8) and foie gras sushi ($8). Everything was delicious! The prices are really good. The owner is so nice and welcoming. They give you stamps to redeem for small toys inside vending machines which my son appreciates.

Good quality sushi – I had the tuna roll. $9 for 6 big ones with a way better quality tuna than the usual ones. The Onigiri with chicken had so little chicken it might as well be chicken-scented rice. About $4 for that. The wasabi paste is pretty good and better than the usual cheap fake wasabi. Overall not a bad what to get a nice lunch for $13.58

This place is amazing. The sushi was incredibly fresh and high quality .The prices are unbelievable for what you get. The staff were such nice people, super respectful, friendly, and so accommodating. Everything was spotless and clean, and the service was quick without feeling rushed. You can tell they take a lot of pride in what they do.
