Such a great sushi buffet! The food was fresh and really tasty, and the portions were generous. I especially loved that the sushi toppings were BIGGER than the rice, finally a place that doesn’t skimp on the good stuff. Definitely worth it!!!

Good dining experience. They have both options all you can eat and a la carte menu. We choose from the a la carte. Server was quite helpful nicevand polite. We ordered chicken Bentonville box , sushi making roll 3 types and fried dumplings, shrimp tempura. Food was delicious with authentic taste.only Shrimp tempura taste bit odd because of too much oil and coating. I tried their green tea ice cream. It was a good finding for me. Overall it was a great experience.

I’ve never had any issues after eating here, and the service and atmosphere are among the best I have ever experienced in any restaurant, but even the AYCE dinner menu is lacking in variety for my taste.
It is missing multiple ‘deluxe’ items I’ve seen on the AYCE menus of multiple GTA restaurants, such as grilled squid, red tuna, yellowtail, amaebi, scallops (the fried scallops are imitation crab), and octopus dishes like sashimi and takoyaki. The dessert menu also lacks items multiple AYCE restaurants in the GTA offer, such as cream puffs, chocolate ice cream, mousse, and fruit gelatin.

Additionally, while I don’t ever recall having a problem with the ratio of rice to fish in the rolls, there have been occasions where the nigiri was made with an excess of rice and quite thin cuts of fish. This can be seen in the images attached.

If you mostly want to eat the ‘bread-and-butter’ types of sushi and desserts and don’t mind a higher rice-to-fish ratio in the nigiri, you will likely have a good experience here with the high-quality service, atmosphere, and food. But if you want a greater variety in menu options, I’d recommend Ichiban Asian AYCE and AiSushi in Markham/Scarborough.

Amazing sushi!! Simply delicious! Everything was fresh, the eel was amazing, so was the tempura calamari, the seaweed salad, the Alaska roll— to die for! The salmon and white tuna sushi —so buttery! Service was fast and friendly—can’t wait to go back!! 5 star all the way! Oh, and you’ve got to try the ginger ice cream!!!

Sushi Mountain has been a special place for me and my family for over 15 years, and it never disappoints. From family dinners to celebrations (and even random cravings), this has always been our go-to sushi spot.

The food is consistently fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared, and the quality has stayed amazing year after year—which says a lot. You can really tell how much care goes into everything they serve. The menu has something for everyone, whether you’re a sushi lover or trying it for the first time.

The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and the atmosphere feels comfortable and familiar—like a place you want to keep coming back to. It’s rare to find a restaurant that stays this good for this long.

Sushi Mountain isn’t just a restaurant to us, it’s a tradition. I’ll happily keep coming back for many more years and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great sushi and a great experience.

Came here for all you can eat sushi and had a great experience. The staff was super nice and welcoming. The sashimi was fresh with nice thick cuts. The yakitori was also really delicious. Everything came out pretty quickly and we never felt rushed. Overall, great food, friendly service, and definitely worth it if you’re craving sushi. Would happily come back again.

Food was great and fresh. Good presentation and portions. It felt like the servers were trying to rush us. Everything came all at once so it was challenging fitting everything on our table and eating comfortably. The bill came when we wanted to order more dessert, so it started to feel like they wanted us to go.
