My friend and I both ordered a roll, then we split. The sushi was nothing special, but it was done well. I personally don’t like sushi much in the first place. To my sushi-loving friends, it was great. The quality was good, and the price was reasonable. It was not cheap, but Green St. restaurants tend to be that way.

Food was terrible I spent almost $50 just to get food poisoning. I might have to go to the E.R it made my stomach hurt that bad. It made me throw up and I’m still writing this. My advice to you don’t order from here it’s terrible otherwise you’ll end up sick like me.

I will most definitely be ordering from here again.
1) They let you add or remove anything. Some cost an extra $1 to add but it’s well worth it. Most places don’t even give you that option, especially via delivery app. They took the time and I appreciate that.
2) THE PRICES ARE AMAZING. You get plenty for the price, too.
3) Their sauces are available to order on the side. The mango and eel sauces are awesome.
4) Everything was packaged very well for delivery. You can tell they took the time to select the right containers for the job.
My only criticism, which isn’t really that big, is that the rolls could probably be cut into 8 instead of 6. These are some tall boys! 🙂

Restaurant is small – best for take out! Located inside HERE Champaign, items are reasonable priced. Usually closed during summer months so call first.

Clean interior and fresh fish. My Tuna Special came with 3 pieces of tuna sushi, 3 pieces of spicy tuna sushi, 3 pieces of tuna nigiri, and 3 pieces of tuna sashimi. The spicy tuna wasn’t noticeably spicier than the regular tuna. The fried chicken gyoza was pretty good. Service was a bit slow, I waited 25 mins. Overall, quality of the food was okay but a bit on the pricier side.

For being in a landlocked state of Illinois and not having easy access to fresh seafood, the fish here tastes super amazing and fresh. I especially loved the spicy yellowtail tuna rolls and recommend them to anyone trying this place out that doesn’t want to spend a ton of money. The more expensive rolls are worth getting only if you get AYCE to try them. The only complaint I have is the menu being partially English as I got Futo Maki and didn’t know that one of the ingredients had eggs in it, which I’m partially sensitive to. Overall, I recommend this place as a fun restaurant to try with your friends.

I thought the sushi was pretty decent and not crazy expensive. I got the Alaskan roll, California roll, and spicy crab roll. Some people complained about it being a small amount of food but I disagree. The rolls I ordered came with 6 pieces but they were large compared to places that might cut the rolls into eighths so it evens out. I would definitely order again!

Best sushi in Champaign, hands down. Fresh fish and well seasoned rice. It’s basically a little bar in the lobby of a student apartment building. Minimal seating. Consistent and excellent quality for the area!
