I stopped in after my workout and was very satisfied with the service at Lifestyle Nutrition. I am definitely someone who wants to know the nutrition breakdown for my protein shakes. I didn’t even have to ask, it was explained during the ordering process. I was recommended a recovery shake since I had just gone on a long run. I picked out the chunky monkey and was really happy with my choice.
Shop was clean with seating options and the staff was very friendly. I feel like some smoothie shops say they are healthy and then sell you a cup of sugar. That was not the case here, they are very transparent with their macros. A large variety of options and flavors means there is something for everyone here. Would definitely recommend stopping by, the location is super convenient by the mall and off of highway 15.

Stopped in for the first time today. Had the cherry bomb shake. It was so delicious. Atmosphere and service was great. Friendly staff and the nutritional value of each product was well explained. My drink was so pretty and delicious. I’ll be back.

Lifestyle Nutrition is the only nutrition shop I’ve gone into and not felt judged for being there. I’m going a month strong working on myself & it is way easier with how supportive and kind the shop owners/employees are. Highly recommend lifestyle nutrition! They have stared me on a healthier living path and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Dieting is hard but when you have the community support at lifestyle nutrition, delicious shakes that are very simple to make, it’s easy to commit too.

People here are very friendly, great service every time I come in! They also have amazing shakes, so I suggest everyone to come in and try one! Also go give them a like on their Facebook page, and you can be kept up to date on things that they’re doing at the club.
