I had the sushi and sashimi omakase. The food was delicious and satisfying, with generous portions overall. I felt the sashimi selection could have been a bit more extensive, but everything was fresh and high quality. Great value for the price. The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were warm and attentive. I would definitely come back.

I had a very good experience at this sushi restaurant. The service was excellent — the woman who took care of us was incredibly kind, attentive, and very accommodating, especially since one of my friends has a specific diet. She really listened and made sure everything was adapted, which we truly appreciated.

The food was fresh and delicious. The sushi was prepared right in front of us at the counter, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Everything felt clean and well taken care of — even the restrooms were spotless.

The place itself is cozy and simple, nothing fancy, but comfortable and inviting. Prices felt fair considering the quality of the fish and the freshness, though for the overall experience, it might be slightly on the higher side. That said, it was honestly one of the best sushi experiences I’ve had.

We had a wonderful experience! The food was amazing and the staff were super sweet – looking at the negative reviews is quite strange to be honest. We started small with our order & after tasting kept going because the flavor and presentation was really spectacular!
Thank you to the team – we appreciate you all!!!

Incredible lunch omakase for $50!! Really interesting and good flavor mixes and high quality fish.

Would recommend just doing the 8 piece, the 12 piece added some over the top gold leaf and uni that was unnecessary.

We were there for valentine’s day and it was the perfect date night. We had the sushi omakase and every piece was extraordinary! Flavorful, delicate, and melt in your mouth. Shrimp dumpling was absolutely tasty and miso soup was exceptional. Service was amazing as well, we even got a special valentine’s dessert on the house.
Only small complaint is even though we had a reservation, we had to wait for a table for almost 25 minutes which was a bit of a hassle.

This place exceeded our expectations… every piece was thoughtful, balanced, and beautifully executed. The chef’s skill really shines through in the way he pairs textures and flavors. It felt precise and deeply satisfying. We especially appreciated the creativity in some of the pieces and the quiet attention to detail throughout the meal. Easily one of the best sushi experiences we’ve had in New York and possibly in the country! They definitely deserve more recognition.

Definitely not worth the trip. However, can be decent neighborhood spot. Giving 4 stars not to ruin restaurant’s overall rating. Service is non existent, let alone hospitality. With price range over $60 for mediocre meal waitstaff meet at least make you feel welcomed. Will bring Erik to attention of ownership. Definitely needs training on hospitality and decency. Being nasty to customers jeopardize total earnings (tip) of entire staff.
Sorry had to do it as Eric was mean and somewhat offensive.

The sushi and sashimi are fresh. The sashimi cuts are a bit small. It is acceptable for a simple sushi dinner.

Don’t expect fine dining wait staff experience. When leaving the restaurant, the host didn’t even acknowledge us or say thank you come again

A place for a sushi lover, who appreciates quality and flavor nuances as opposed to an average American interpretation of sushi. Great deals on omakase, we went on the 3rd price tier for $90 and got a lot of delicious and inventive food (quite enough to satisfy us two ladies). There were a couple of things which seemed a but bland to me, so I added more soy sauce than the chef intended.
The ambiance is elevated cozy with lots of blond wood. They have a decent sake selection but unfortunately only one kind served hot. Definitely will be back.

Loved the omakase experience here.

We were short on time so only ordered their sushi omakase. At the end of the meal, I wished we got the full omakase experience.

I loved every single bite and everything about this place. The service was excellent. They even accommodated our request to add the omakase sashimi at the end – the sashimi comes in a different omakase set but one of friends asked if we could add it at the end (because the food was THAT good).

The price was very reasonable for the arts of the craft and the taste of the food you get. If I live in the area, I would 110% make this spot my go-to sushi place.
