The food and services were great. I liked all the decor and music as well. We got the seared tuna – very tasty and spicy . We had heart break roll(tuna and spicy ) , golden sun roll with fried sweet potato- and avocado – amazing crunchy and creamy , and wukong roll- with tempura banana , cream cheese and mango – delicious and not overly sweet .

We stopped in for the lunch special at Sushi Izumi, and it was such a great deal for how much food we got! Three rolls, soup, and salad all for $17.95!! All of the rolls were super fresh, and the service was excellent—our server Lindsay was awesome and so attentive. The restaurant itself has a really cute vibe, making it a nice spot to sit down and enjoy.
The only challenge was that none of the regular rolls had descriptions on the menu, so we had to ask about the ingredients for each one. It would be really helpful if they had a guide or ingredient list to make ordering easier.
Overall though, the food, service, and value were fantastic, and I’d definitely come back!

I was looking for a sushi place where there was spacious and comfortable seating. Also where the staff was very knowledgeable about traditional sushi. I love the eel, raw tuna, roe – all the real authentic sushi. Not only did I find that, but the waitress was so sweet and nice. And all the little added touches gave me goosebumps and a big smile. I’ve never seen that smoke before and it was just so special. Even love the cute little bear in the bathroom. And the prices were exceptional. This will be my only sushi place here. I’m so blessed I found it.

I was happy with the flavors and I thought the portions were pretty generous for sushi. My family liked it as well and they are sushi enthusiasts. I was genuinely surprised, they didn’t skimp on the meat. I would definitely recommend this place. Best price I’ve seen in Fort Collins. each roll was about 10$.

As a Japanese exchange student at CSU, I visited Sushi Izumi and was deeply impressed by the authentic atmosphere and excellent service. The sushi was fresh, beautifully presented, and remained me of home. The chef prepared sushi right in front of us, which made the dining experience feel special and genuine. The staff was kind and even offered me a complimentary miso soup after realizing I was from Japan. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy real Japanese cuisine in Fort Collins.

I’ve been here for dinner and lunch a few times, the sushi always tastes amazing, and the servers are always very nice. Even during the dinner rush we were served relatively quickly, even though we didnt have a reservation we just sat at the bar.

Tried several of the special rolls and loved all of them!! The service was great, very quick and attentive. Loved the vibes of the restaurant too, will definitely be coming back!! Super big fan of the all you can eat prices and quality of food. My partner and I both got the basic all you can eat option and only spent $35 per person and ate SO much food.
