Recently renovated. Very clean and well kept! The food is very fresh as well! Employees were nice and the service was fast. I would definitely recommend the Italian herb and cheese bread over the normal white bread.

placed an order here multiple times and it never fails that something is wrong. Usually I just let it go because it’s good and it’s never that big of a deal but today we ordered two sandwiches and one of the two was missing 5 different items that we had asked to be put on there. I called the store to get a solution and so they were aware of their mistake and after explaining what was missing. The guy on the phone laughed as if it was funny that our food was made wrong. He then sounded like he didn’t have a solution for me until I asked for a refund. Very rude and unprofessional; won’t be ordering form this location again.

Always a great experience coming here. I wish the app would let you remove marinara lol. But Rod and Carter are usually our artist and they are great. We have also had Steve and Seven and same experience with them. They give you a personal experience and always great attitudes! Best subway we have been to in the area. Thank yal!

Made an online order and went to pick it up. It was ready as soon as I arrived and completely correct. Steven and Seven were both cheerful and prompt. It was exactly what I expected from a quick and easy pick up order! Definitely will be ordering again soon.

My sandwich worker was Thomas. He was absolutely kind to me and my family. Even my Autistic brother being sweet and patient with him. Thomas made the atmosphere absolutely wonderful and fun. The sandwich was absolutely amazing thanks to his feedback of adding Salt and Pepper to my Steak, Egg, and Cheese sandwich! The service was absolutely fantastic too! 10/10 would recommend this Subway!

I came in with my family and just got treated really well! Thomas, the person who was making our sandwiches, had great customer service and was being super patient and helpful when my highly functioning autistic step brother was ordering his sandwich. Going through the drive thru, Steven did a wonderful job making our sandwiches and being so polite and Colenna had issues with the computer system that she was very apologetic for, and tried her best to get my order the exact way I wanted. They both had wonderful customer service!

I really like the quality of subway sandwiches. And I also like the rewards program that allows me to earn points during each visit. And I hope they add mozzarella cheese to the menu of ingredients. And I also hope all subway restaurants add jalapeño cheddar bread to the menu. And in addition to going to the Centerton location on Mondays, I also go to the Gravette location on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week.
