I came here for Christmas lunch, and it was my first visit. They offer all-you-can-eat sushi, which was a great way to try different things. What really stood out was the service. Our server was super friendly, checked on us often, and made us feel welcome right away. He knew the menu well and was helpful when I wasn’t sure what to order next. The food came out at a nice pace, never rushed, and we never had to wait too long. The atmosphere was just right for a relaxing lunch. Everything I tried tasted fresh and well prepared. My favorite sushi rolls were the Cowboy and the Fat Boy (both are worth trying), and the crab Rangoon was actually better than at most other places I’ve been. I’m picky about sushi, but this spot made a great first impression. The portion sizes were just right, and I never felt pressured to over order, which can sometimes happen at all-you-can-eat places. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back.

Amazing place! Sushi was fresh and perfect portion of rice not too heavy. Staff are friendly and greeting us once we stepped in,
However the timing between gaps a little off sometimes slow we almost forgot what we had ordered but it acceptable.
The quality of foods, cleanliness and service still 5 stars for me, will definitely go back!

We came here for All You Can Eat sushi on a Saturday. The outside is deceptive, because the interior is actually really nice. You order off the menu, so the sushi actually comes out fresh instead of sitting in a buffet. Service was friendly, but they need to work on clearing out dishes as people are done with them. Even when we piled up the dishes in the middle of the table, no one was clearing them even when they delivered a new dish. Prices were reasonable, and the sushi quality was decent. I’d come back if I want all you can eat sushi.

Food was amazing and the staff were amazing. I would recommend this location. This was their first week open, and they are very receptive to suggestions and comments. Their bar will be open sometime next month. If you have any questions you are able to ask the staff, and they will explain everything to you. For the All you can eat, it includes the hot food and the sushi. Everything is made to order and fresh. I really like the habachi and all of the sushi tasted really good. You can also order food to go or carry out but they don’t take call ahead orders to ensure that the food is made fresh. I will definitely be back again with my family. This place also has a great price. Lunch is 21.95 and dinner is 34.95. Saturday and Sunday is all day dinner menu.

We came on their opening night and were amazed at the professionalism, phenomenal customer service, and incredible food! No complaints about anything at all. We loved it so much we’re actually coming back next week to celebrate a birthday. Our server was very attentive and kind and the staff overall were great. This was definitely one of the best experiences we have had at a restaurant in quite some time.

Going to Sushi Island was a great experience. Ended up doing the all you can eat lunch special. Food was delicious, our server Graham was very nice and attentive and the atmosphere of the location was clean and peaceful. The price is very fair and worth it if you have a good appetite. Helpful that the music was great too with Japanese pop and anime songs if you prefer that.
Food came at a steady pace and in a small enough portion where you can enjoy your all you can eat if you do decide to go that route.
I highly recommend the salmon and/or tuna tartar off their appetizers part of the menu.
They have a nice dessert section that is self serve after you are done eating the main entrees and other things.
The drinks menu was a nice surprise, I really enjoyed the matcha martini. They did not have the milk that usually goes with it so they subbed in chocolate so I got to try a unique version of it that was very good. Otherwise they have the usual staples of beer, I also enjoyed a good Asahi, it paired well with the chicken katsu I got later on and some sashimi pieces.
Overall a great new restaurant in the Full Sail University area and highly recommended to anyone that enjoys sushi items and hibachi. My server Graham was nice and attentive and that is worth a lot these days with so many restaurants choices available. He made sure to ask us if we needed anything even as he took on new tables and orders and recommended items from the menu to us.
