Food was good, service was very friendly. The wall roll and the kaleidoscope roll was very good. The combination fried rice had good flavor. Calamari was different and fun to try, it could use a little more seasoning in the batter but it was very crispy! Thia tea was delicious. Will go again

Went here once a few months ago and had an incredible experience. I’ve gone back many times since then and even felt like I needed their Ramen while I was sick. It easily became a favorite/comfort place right away. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It’s not too loud in the food has been right on point every time.

My partner and I went here with a large group of friends a few weeks ago and when I tell you this place is amazing!!!! Literally. So good. Me and my partner go out for sushi quite frequently and are very picky. I was apprehensive about a new place. With sushi I try to stay as close to 5 ⭐️ as possible. (Raw fish and all) and when my friend said no it’s wonderful I trusted her. AND THANK GOD I DID. HOW DOES THIS PLACE ONLY HAVE a 4.2!?!!!? The service was incredible. The fish was like Buddahh melted in my mouth. The level of quality was amazing. I had a tempura roll that I had left overs of. I usually keep my sushi leftovers and try it and throw them away because it’s never as good. When I tell you the next day at lunch it was still crispy!!!!??? 10/10 we will be back. ALSO incredible service. So kind. So attentive. So sweet. Love. Recommend. Go now!!!

We came to Izakaya for dinner seeking some good sushi. Our server Sarah was friendly and smiled when she spoke and provided excellent customer service. We ordered some rolls, sashimi, and of course finished with miso soup and did not wait for long before they delivered. The flavors and portions were excellent. The prices could have been slightly more modest. The atmosphere and decor was very calming and tasteful. Overall great experience, and we will be returning soon.

But…
A must try is the appetizer Hamichi (yellow tail) collar.
For me it’s a must have.
Absolutely delicious.
Did I already tell you they have a LARGE selection of warm or cold saki.
Worth the visit if your in the mood for Saki and Hamachi!

How unfortunate that you advertise for authentic Japanese cuisine then have peanuts on your menu. For those of us with allergies this is a nightmare. I walked in, sat down, looked at the menu, and walked right out. I’ve been to Japan…NO ONE is serving peanuts with sushi there.

Gerald Front End, Sushi Chef, and 1 cook are amazinly working very hard to provide diners with quality food. Give them extra patience during the peak rush times, the plates are quality and made with care.

The ambience and interior are lovely. You can look at the stuff on the walls and all the little details of the decor for easily 20 minutes.
On top of that the food is top-notch. The tenkatsu ramen and the sushi rolls are all worth every penny.
On top of that the staff there is lovely and they execute everything on a very high level from service to cutting fish to working in the kitchen.
The reason why this place has lost two stars for me is because while everything is done properly and every I is dotted and every T is crossed, there is always a very long wait at this place. And I don’t mean to get in, I mean once you sit down you are probably looking at a 40 minute wait before you get your first bit of food, tea aside.
Especially if you’re ordering multiple things this can compound the problem.
I wanted to give this place more stars and I will sing the praises of the staff and their flavorful food until the cows come home, but I can’t in good conscience give them more than a standard rating just by virtue of how many times I’ve had to sit there and apologize to family and friends and my kids about the wait.
It’s the wedding coupled with the extremely high price tag that has me giving this place three out of five.

Took myself on a solo lunch date. The my server was fast and very friendly. The menu is large with many options, and everything was beautiful when served. Glad I stopped in and gave it a shot. Will definitely be back.
