Had 2 dragon rolls delivered for 37$ and it’s so disappointing, it’s just a bad California roll with tempura bits on top of it. there isn’t tempura shrimp inside of it only tempura bits and it’s not even on the inside of the roll, You would think that’d be crunchier but It’s totally drenched with a sweet sauce so it’s not crunchy at all. It’s just mush. Also without the shrimp you’d expect a decent amount of crab, cucumber and avocado inside of the roll, they don’t even give you a whole stick, it’s just a few pinches of crab mince.

This restaurant put the final nail in the coffin containing any hopes of finding decent sushi on the Quebec side of the region. The takoyaki looked and tasted like it was a frozen meal from Costco, the unagi is subpar and I didn’t even receive the salmon sashimi (maybe that’s a blessing in disguise).

I simply love this place. We have been going here for many years. The sushi are fresh, the owners are very nice and most of all, the price is right. I love the rest rice and fish taste, I know that they only make sushi by order and not in advance, which I really appreciate because cold sushi really disturbes me. And i really appreciate the changes that the owners made to make the place more comfy. Will certainly continue to go there!

One of Hull’s best kept secrets for sushi. This small family run joint has been around for a good decade, and has remained my favourite all this time, even amidst the influx of sushi chains. Menu is not too vast but always fresh ingredients, friendly service, and great prices.

A little sad about my experience. The rice was so overcooked in and around the sushi that it looked like a paste. The actual taste tested fresh but I believe the restaurant perhaps had a mishap with the rice itself.
