We ordered a birthday cake for our grandmas 86th birthday. The cake smelled like wet towels left in the washer for a few days. They acted like I was not right in my head but everyone at Grandmas smelt the same thing after our Aunt brought it to our attention. They ended up refunding us our money and I felt bad so I got a dozen of cookies and that was a bigger mistake. The cookies were cute as ever but when you go to bite into them they are hard as a brick. Grandma could not even bite into it. This is sad to us because this has always been our go to when we have a sweet tooth, birthday, or special occasion. We will be looking for another baker for our needs because we will not be back

Used to love Larita’s, but we ordered cookies a few months ago and it was CRYSTAL clear that the frosting recipe has changed. Don’t know why you would mess w/perfection, but we won’t order again. The new frosting tasted chemically and plasticky. Yuk

Bought a dozen cookies last week for my sons b-day, got home n they were hard as a brick, couldn’t even bite into them. Spent $20 on 12 cookies and couldn’t even eat any of them.Very, very disappointed!!! Called and wasn’t even offered replacement or refund!! Instead was told that’s how they are this time of year. Would like to give no stars.
