I have been enjoying Sushi Huku since the day they opened. The owner, Jay, is a great host, the chefs are all excellent and the staff attentive. Linh is the lead chef most days and has great skills; absolutely love him and props to Jobany. These guys will take good care of you. It’s a fun and lively place and you can catch ‘the game’ as well… I’m getting hungry so I’m on my way!

Came here for a family dinner. Plenty of options for rolls and we liked most of the ones we ordered. The best part was that each sushi was within the $13 to $20 range which was reasonable. The best sushi in our opinion were the ones which had seared fish on top (maybe Red Bandana Roll but not sure)

Great sushi and a nice atmosphere but staffing was horrible. We had an entire meal without an actual service. The hostess took our order, someone random dropped off the food and we had to chase someone down for our check. I hope it improves as it’s a really popular spot.

We ordered Albacore sashimi, Philadelphia roll,and Ramen combo ( ramen with spicy tuna roll). My favorite is spicy tuna roll, then Philadelphia roll. The sushi plate comes with 8 pieces. It is 8 dollars. The price is very good and food is delicious!

All around 5-stars! The atmosphere was great! This place is the spot that locals frequent and the sushi chefs seems to know everyone! Or maybe they are just that welcoming.
We got the dinner plate with 2 options-we got the beef and salmon, came with a miso soup and a salad. We also ordered the popcorn lobster roll and the yellow tale roll both rolls were tasty. The popcorn lobster roll was topped with a hushpuppies-type balls that were very different but still tasty. My partner also got the blood orange tap beer and he loved it.

Service was 5-stars. The staff was amazing. Atmosphere was very upbeat and pleasant. Good vibes all around.
Unfortunately, the sushi was tainted. It was going well until I bit down and got a fishbone. I was weary of eating anymore after that happened. The server was quick to resolve the issue. I chose to have another dish made. We weren’t charged for the tainted and replacement dishes.
The sushi overall was OK. I did enjoy the cucumber roll and nude roll. Honestly, not sure if hubby and I would come back.

I tried their poke bowl and honestly, it’s the best poke I’ve ever had in my life! The flavors were super fresh and perfectly balanced. The portion is huge too — if you don’t eat that much, you’ll definitely have enough for two meals. Highly recommend this place!

Enjoyed our visit here! We were greeted at the door, and brought to our table, with no waiting. Our server was very attentive, as were the other servers if they saw a plate needed clearing, or a drink needed refilling. Our meal was served with very little wait time. Everything-from the appetizer to the main meal- was absolutely delicious! There is a lot of food with each roll. The Sashimi combo was very fresh. The atmosphere was very friendly. I would definitely come here again. I would also recommend it if you’ve never been! Great little sushi restaurant!
