I have drove and walked pass here a few times. I was working nearby on a evening schedule, me and my coworker were browsing through DoorDash since we were in need of a quick bite and we decided to give this place a try. They offer many authentic Japanese dishes from traditional sushi rolls, specialty rolls, appetizers, ramen, sashimi, vegetarian items, bento box, party trays and much more to choose from. We were both excited when the order was placed, at that point we got even more hungrier and could not way to try the food we ordered. Finally the food arrived and it was time to dig in. The food was fantastic, delicious and has great quality where I believe they carefully select their ingredients. Everything here is made to order which is always a plus for me since it is quality over quantity and I never mind the wait since I am a very patient person. One day I will make a visit to dine in here. I highly recommend this place to all sushi/Japanese food lovers, if you need a quick bite just like me or if you just so happen to be in the area to check them out. I definitely will be back to tryout the other delicious options they have to offer.

Sushi house has been our go-to local restaurant for years. The food is consistently very good and the prices are always reasonable. We really like the recent changes to the menu. Bento box deals are great for hungry families. Lunch specials are also a good deal. I love their newer addition of the poke bowl, which is chock full of fish and seaweed. Another favorite is the truffled tai (Japanese snapper). We love it so much we are there at least once a week! I will add photos next time we go. I almost didn’t want to share my feedback here because we feel it is a best kept local secret though we are noticing more crowds lately. Word must be getting out.

We had the nigiri special , unagi nigiri, and shrimp tempura. Nigiri was pretty fresh, but quality could be better. The service on the other hand was top notch. Food was served fast and the place was clean. Will recommend to sushi novices. Parking was a bit hard on a saturday evening.

I dined here today, sushi tasted alright, their portion is smaller compared to other sushi places I been to. Avoid beef and chicken teriyaki!
I won’t be going here anymore, because of the behavior of one of the waitresses who worked here. She kept insisting I pay her at least 15% tip when all she did was take my order and then go back and chat with the sushi chef. When I told her i won’t give that amount, she went and told the other staff about it, the sushi chef then told me I shouldn’t dine here if I don’t give 15% tip(rude!). I did give $12 tip, which to me was more than enough since part of my order was take out. I have been here before when the waitresses were different, but due to today’s service, won’t be going here again!

Excellent service. They were extremely attentive and brought us napkins when we spilled a drink. Definitely a family-friendly atmosphere. Enjoyed the food too. Very big portions and delicious food.

This is my home town sushi restaurant. I love the different roll combinations. I do miss my favorite sushi chef, Alan. He was my brother from another mother. I have since moved to Maine, but during my home visit, I stopped by for dinner with some friends. I have good memories in this place. ❤️

The broth of the Beef Sukiyaki was really rich and the noodles had a good chew to it, really liked it! The beef slices were just a tad bit overcooked and tough to bite through though.

Unfortunately today was probably my last time going here. To go order was very cold. They made half my food (the hot portion), and stopped when I arrived at the restaurant. They proceeded to help other customers—even those who came in after me. Half my food just sat there and got really really cold for 30 mins+ while I’m waiting for them to make 2 simple makimono rolls.
The salmon roll had bones in it. Def skip the chicken Teryaki, it never tastes like it’s good quality. Really hoping I don’t get sick
Disappointed cuz this place is conveniently located and been goin there for a while, but time to find somewhere new.
