This was our first time and all we did was grab take out. But wow definitely coming back! Great customer service, very polite, super busy but i was in and out in minutes. Very friendly, walked me to the door chit chatting and helped me out. Get home and the food was awesome. Dynamite roll was the best I’ve ever had. Loved the beef yakisoba. Cannot recommend enough.

Fun decor. The service was very attentive and nice. Food was fine. It’s kind of a cheap sushi place charging medium prices.
Could be improved. Rolls fell apart, weren’t tight/ sticky enough. Also sometimes not fully sliced apart.
The main ingredient of each roll was a smaller portion then should have been for the price.
I had the spider roll and there wasn’t enough soft shell crab. Also, the barbecue eel roll was light on eel.
Mainly I was not a fan of the sweet topping sauce they put on both rolls.
It kind of scratches the sushi craving itch but leaves me home sick for Vancouver.

Went there last night for my birthday, first time there and I got the 7 mango role ( I think that’s the name) it was the best sushi I’ve ever had. Amazing sauce, the mangos were so incredible and the perfect ripeness, very juicy. Also prawn and yam tempura, very delicious. Very nice crunchy batter. Lots of very cool art inside as well. Food came pretty fast.

The sushi was fresh and delicious , and the service was amazing. Sol and David were incredibly polite, welcoming, and genuinely caring from start to finish!
You can feel they take pride in what they do!

Sushi heaven is literally my absolute go to sushi place for Penticton. The atmosphere is amazing covered in Mickey and Minnie photos. The service is absolutely amazing I cannot tell you how nice they are. We had to switch tables which was not a big deal at all, but for that, they gave us 2 amazing plates of potatoes and the other one of spring rolls, and you will not believe it….. ON THE HOUSE!! They were incredibly nice and our food came so quickly!!

Sushi heaven is my favorite place to eat sushi in Penticton! since the first time I tried the Philadelphia roll years ago it’s been one of my favorite rolls ever, the sauce they put on top is literally heaven! I also enjoy a lot the beef teriyaki with rice, the service is incredible and the atmosphere too, one of my favorites place in town overall!

Would give 6 stars if I could. Best service ever! Food was delicious and the atmosphere is great. The server even asked at the beginning if we were okay using chopsticks which no one ever asked me before in a sushi place. Awesome place with many options. Will 100% recommend

Went out with a toddler for the first time not knowing what to expect and were pleasantly surprised. The staff were very attentive, getting us extra napkins, water, extra utensils for the baby, before we could even think about it. The food was excellent, even the picky toddler enjoyed it. The bathrooms are well equipped with a change table. Had to leave quickly (as these things go) and the staff obliged with a quick turnaround. Everything was perfect (or as perfect as can be with a little human).

Went during dinner time on a Sunday & the wait for food was pretty long, which was expected. Was abit disappointed with the food as the salmon sashimi didn’t taste like usual sashimi hmm. Most of the sushi rolls were also overly sweet, dowsed in sauce, which I wasn’t rly a fan of.
