We decided to give our old favorite a try after 10+ years and we were NOT disappointed!!! The new location at the former Foothills Mall is absolutely beautiful. The attention to every detail was taken in to account and it shows. The food was spectacular – the rolls were large and in charge! The drinks were delicately delicious – well balanced without kick you’re hoping for (had the elderberry martini ). The service?? OUTSTANDING!!!! Sushi Garden North has definitely secured the top spot for our sushi adventures while in Tucson. Well done!!!

Enjoy our time here. The daughter wanted sushi for her birthday. It was very busy and crowded. The food was excellent. The drinks were very nice. The only downside I can say is that my wife asked twice for a glass of water and was ignored.

Very nice place! The service was very nice and with good refills and attention. The food tasted awesome! We got several different kinds and they all tasted great! We also got some rice which came in cute bowls and they have options to use chopsticks which me and my aunt laughed using them together! Had a great time and can’t wait to return more!

UPDATE: Sushi Garden has just moved to trendy new location. The new atmosphere is modern and shiek with an enjoyable patio and an indoor/outdoor sushi bar.
I’ve been eating here for years and the food and staff have been consistently amazing. My favorite rolls are the Albuquerque and Spanish because of their unique and vibrant flavors but no matter your choice you really can’t go wrong.

Just tried them first time and did with pickup. Very happy. High quality sashimi- was fresh, tender, tasteful. Ample serving for price. Nicely presented even though take out. Sushi role was also very good. Going to go again.

Simply one of the best in Tucson and in my top 3 for Arizona. The chef prepares sushi perfectly and the fact that it is family-owned and operated since its inception decades ago says a lot. The outside seating area is a bonus compared to most restaurants that only offer indoor dining.
I’ve been eating sushi for over 50 years and have had some awesome meals in NYC, San Francisco, even Guadalajara, and Sushi Garden is a match for any top spot.

I love this place so much! The staff and food and quick! I miss their all you can eat sushi they had a few years ago, but it still delicious regardless. The waitress was kind, funny, and sociable. Prices are decent. My boyfriend and I had a great time eating here. I never had to ask for a water refill or waited for someone to come back to our table when I needed something. They’re great at checking up on you and clearing space for more food.
