My wife and I were going to try the newly opened Thai restaurant, but they were closed. Luckily, Sushi Factory next door is open and glad we ate here. We started off with the Shrimp Tempura and Dynamite rolls. For the Mains, my wife had the hibachi chicken with soup and salad and I ordered the Steak Bento. Reasonable prices. Will definitely visit this place again.

It was my first time eating there today. I highly recommend the Crazy Roll and the Lobster King Roll. Special shoutout to them because they use real chicken breast in their “chicken fried rice” (as we all know, many Asian restaurants use cheap chopped “chicken” of questionable origin….) I had a good experience. Definitely a place I will come back to. They truly offer “premium tier” sushi.

So so so disappointed today! Picked up my 2 rolls and extra sauce as well as my co worker’s sushi w/ extra sauce. We eat here often and usually the food is great. Today unfortunately was terrible ! I got about 5 minutes down the road from Sushi Factory when my co worker tells me the bag is leaking something all over her legs and my car, we grab some napkins and she covers the leak until we make it back to our office. Once we open the bag, everything in sight was covered in shrimp sauce. Not only did we not receive any of the extra sauces requested (not a big deal), we also got food that was completely drenched in sauce which was very disappointing. After cleaning all the sauce we noticed one of my co workers rolls was made incorrectly. We decided to call and request a partial refund as the entire bag was soaked and the order was incorrect in a few ways. The woman who answers told me that roll that was made incorrectly was “accidentally made wrong”. Meaning they already knew it was made wrong but put it in the order anyways to avoid having to re make it! She then tells me she will refund me 75 cents for the missing sauce and nothing else !! I even offered to provide photos of the spilled sauces all over the food. So disappointed and will never return unfortunately, used to be my favorite lunch spot. I included photos of the top of my sushi container, the bag itself, the opening in the bottom of the bag and the sauce cup showing what was left after the spill.

Not good food quality or price. The price on google is not accurate everything is about $2 more then shown. It left a bad taste in my mouth and normally eating is supposed to be a positive experience but darn the only good thing was the bathrooms were clean. 1/10 would not recommend. This food is literally just food at the minimum

If you’re looking for a good lunch special look no further! The sushi isn’t the best of the best but you get a lot with the sushi bento box. Mine was packaged nicely with everything I needed and it was only $10.95. It came with one specialty roll, a California roll and a couple sides so a nice little variety.

Very nice and clean . Great light settings and it’s a relaxing comfortable armosphere. Food is good quality. Staff is friendly . I love miso soup. They have one of the best I’ve tried. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good sushi spot.

I came here to pick up my Uber eats order. I open the doors with a paper towel because of germs on the door handles. I set it down for a second on the counter to collect my order. And the rude woman who I approached to receive my order. Immediately says don’t put trash there put it in the trash can. She didn’t even greet me when I came in the door. Then you have the nerve to assume that I am just littering. I say to her it’s my napkin and I’m not going to leave it there. If it was trash I would have obviously put it in the trash can. I told her just don’t assume ! I love sushi and this could have been a new spot to try. But I will stick with Sushi house on baymeadows. Where they have wonderful customer service !

Amazing place to eat. Appetizers were delicious, customer service was wonderful server was nice, polite and quick. Food was well priced for the size of the meal. We underestimated how much food we were getting which is a positive. The inside is beautiful, has a warm mood. 10/10 we will be back.

Sushi Factory has a welcoming ambulance with booth and table seating options available. Service was fast and polite. The food was so fresh and delicious. The sushi chefs prepare your food right in the dining room. My favorite was the sweet potato roll.
