The service is just as incredible. The staff is warm, attentive, and makes you feel like family the moment you walk in. And special shoutout to Jerry, the owner he is an absolute legend. He goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcomed and taken care of, which honestly sets this place apart.
If you want top-tier sushi, amazing vibes, and unforgettable service, Sushi Delight is the spot. I’ll be coming back again and again
This is a restaurant that my mom regularly visits just for the Salmon Collar. She knows it takes extra time to prepare, so she asked the server if it was still available. The server confirmed that it takes 30 minutes to prepare, and she would go ahead and get the order started. It was only about 30 minutes to closing, so I was impressed they accepted the Salmon Collar order. The other items we ordered were a Cucumber Salad, and Mushroom Bombs.
The Cucumber Salad salad was crisp and refreshing. The Mushroom Bombs were explosive bites of deliciousness. The main event, the Salmon Collar, was superb. All aspects of a properly prepared Salmon Collar were present. The outer parts were slightly charred providing a firm, yet still tender bite. The majority of the salmon was so tender that chewing was barely required, it just melted away in my mouth. And, the fatty gelatinous bites simply dissolved on my tongue giving me a wonderful mouth feel. The Chef here prepares an incredible Salmon Collar. If you have never tried it, this is the place to give it a go.
The service here is excellent. The staff is very knowledgeable about their dishes, and very efficient with their service.
Next time I would like to try some sushi.
The presentation was beautiful and the portions were generous. It’s a splurge, but if you’re into top-shelf sushi, it’s worth checking out. Quiet spot with solid service too. @sushitraveler
Our first time and celebrating my sister’s birthday. The food was delicious. We had miso soup, edamame, mixed tempura, 2020 roll, San Pedro roll, and Harley Davidson roll. We had a new drink with soju and a creamy fruity popsicle. It was light and refreshing. Our waiter Sam was attentive, patient at explaining and friendly. Plus, he took our picture. Thank you, Sam. We didn’t think we could have any dessert, but we ordered the mochi of strawberry, green tea, & mango. It was a good way to end the birthday meal. We left making plans to return.
Atmosphere is always welcoming. I am currently in treatment and can’t really eat much so when I’m hungry it’s Sushi Delight for me! The owner Jerry is always friendly and helpful. He consistently participates in every aspect of his restaurant and it shows by the appreciation and quality his staff puts into their work. Sushi Delight never disappoints!
