Our maki sushi had way too much rice compared to the inside ingredients. The fish was fresh but was overpriced due to rice to the ingredient ratio. Also, my friend tried a noodle dish that wasn’t marked as spicy, but was so spicy she couldn’t eat it. They kindly let her change her food. The staff was wonderful, but we’ll choose somewhere else for sushi.

Our sushi roll special was very fresh and tasty. I love the way how they prepare and presentation the price are reasonable for this area. I have been to Japan many times and the here are similar the service always warm and welcoming. I definitely be back and recommend this place.

Enjoyed coming here after a long day at the DC Convention Center. Walked in around 2pm on a Saturday and was seated right away. The staff was prompt and took our drink and food order. Our food and drinks came out in a timely manner and our table ordered a variety of sushi & ramen. The food & sushi were tasty, and the service was lovely! A gentleman came out as well and made sure our food was good (maybe a manager?), but the staff was already so prompt that we didn’t need anything else. I would enjoy coming back when I’m in the area for work again.

Was very excited for a sushi dinner, but would have been better off getting gas station sushi. Everything was flavorless and tastes old… fish did not taste fresh at all. Both the sushi and eggplant appetizer were flavorless. A waste of $50. Service was also extremely slow. Took forever to bring out our food or our check.

Yummy sushi. My friend recommended I try this place for lunch and I will definitely be back! I ordered a chirashi bowl & it was incredibly fresh. Each piece of fish was well cut & the rice was a perfect counterpart – not too much and not too little. The place was loud but had several tables and individual seating options.
