My family and I had been at Vons doing some shopping when we stopped in here for lunch. Biggest mistake ever! My son ordered the AYCE, but it took over 45 minutes for us to get the first sushi order placed. They had one waiter who was extremely dim when it came to knowing anything about the menu or customer service. He was the only one working. The Ramen was a pack of 23 cent noodles in beef broth. It was serving in a tiny bowl. Literally the same you buy for 12 at $3 in Vons, and the waiter said it came with meat. No meat! No flavor! When asking about the hour we waited before getting our first round on the AYCE and the awful Ramen, the waiter popped off. The manager had to come and take over. People who had came in an waited left before they could even order. Save your money!

This place is the best sushi place I’ve been to. Their menu is very large and it has a variety of American sushi types. From normal rolls to baked to deep fried, there is nothing you can get tired of. One of the biggest benefits of this place is their overly generous amount of meat on each sushi piece. While other sushi restaurants may consist of a 2:1 rice to meat ratio, sushi Alaska has taken this ratio reverse. In a near 1:3 rice to meat ratio, each dish is way undervalued. Each dollar you pay here is worth 120% of any other dollar. On top of all of this generosity is the mirad of unique dishes. We got the yellow tail something and that was amazing. The fried soft shell crab is one of a kind and this is probably the only restaurant in the southwest I have stumbled across with such unique and mythical dishes. Definitely beats any high end restaurants with its taste, food economy and food. The atmosphere is kinda nice and quiet with the pop music providing a lively feel. The service is nice unless you eat too much food, but otherwise very timely and organized. If I could, I would recommend this restaurant for a Michelin star or something like that. Overall every dish was a wonderful surprise and every dish was expertly made.

Lots of parking. Not too far from the strip. Service is very good, very attentive. $30 AYCE which you can get nigiri, sashimi, tempura vegetables, and half rolls . You sit in booths. You self order, but when they bring you your orders you can get water refills, extra ginger and request no sauce if you wish.
I really felt valued as a customer and would encourage others to go. Sushi was good and not too much sugar, just request no sauce or sauce on the side.

Holy smokes, this place is delicious! I have no idea how many rolls we got, but we got A LOT. There were only 2 that I tried that I could have done without, but we probably ordered 10+ rolls so they have an amazing list! If you like corn, you should order the Corn Cheese. It was heavenly (see video)! The Creamy Creamy was great, my husband loved the BTS (dynamite) -it’s spicy so I didn’t have it,
The only thing I wish was that they had more cream cheese roll options. The two rolls that you can miss are the Japanese Lasagna (too much crab mix) and Baked Lobster. -Baked Shrimp and Baked Scallop rolls were much better in our opinions. $29.95 per person for dinner and $25.95 per person for lunch

We Went in the morning for the lunch special and it was beyond worth it. At that time from open to 3pm, Lunch AYCE is a much better price that several places around
The atmosphere was nice, The restaurant was clean, dont be fooled by the area that is in.
The service was steller, Gabbi took care of us, answered our questions andade great suggestions.
The food was delicious, the appetizers were surprisingly good, like the Yakisoba and the Shrimp tempura.
The rolls were Flavorful, and had a great fish to rice ratio. They werent too dry and they had some rolls that stood out like the Mango Tango being so sweet.
This is definitely a new favorite of ours.

1. Relative slow order despite no crowd
2. Most dishes besides nigiri are heavily sauced, either sweet or sour
3. Some orders are missed and we had to ask again

Average sushi quality, price is unbeatable so if you only looking for some sushi to fill the stomach, definitely worth. Personally I would prefer Sakana close by, a little pricier for better quality. Heavy Sweet sauce can mess up the appetite

This was worth the price and some. The sushi was very good quality and they had a nice variety. The ordering system is very convenient with computers on every table, so no need to wait on the waiter. Take note that the lunch price only applies if you pay before 3 pm regardless of when you arrive.

First time to this place, found on from an Instagram reel. Came because reviews were pretty good. I was not expecting it to be so good! My husband and I ordered quite a few rolls (I love having an option for full and/or half sushi rolls) and we loved almost all of them! Ponzu sauce ones were not my favorite but everything else we had was sooooo good! Service was really fast, and servers were really nice! Would definitely come again!
