The lobsters dinners can be ordered in three different sizes. The fish and chips are very good. The fish is lightly battered, and seasoned very well. The lobster dinner is served in a tray that doubles as a shell bucket. The softdrinks, beer (domestic and local), and wine is served in single serving cans and bottles. The Harbour view are great from both the outdoor tables and the indoor seating. The bathrooms are clean and outside the buildings. Sort of like a permanent portapotty. There’s an outdoor foot pump powered sink available for handwashing.

Stop by as we were leaving Acadia, and it was such a find! There’s so many cute seating arrangements both inside and outside. Prices are very fair and the food is super fresh! Crab and lobster rolls were simple and so satisfying. The jumbo lobster dinner was one of the freshest lobsters I’ve ever had. It’s super juicy and tender, perfect with just a simple dip in their butter!

Great generous lobster rolls and lobster dinner. Amazing venue for a group meal, kids were so happy playing in the playhouse, corn hole for the older ones, live music in the evening. Well priced and kind staff. Indoor and outdoor seating. Great drink selection.
Parking was a bit hard on a Sunday at 6pm (but lovely sunset). Late afternoon lunch on a Saturday was surprisingly empty though. It’s on the water so chilly in the evening, even on a warm day.
Only thing I didn’t love was the clam chowder. Fine but not great and a lot of potatoes.

Tried Archie’s Lobster for the first time and had their lobster roll. While the portion of lobster was quite generous, the overall experience was a bit disappointing. The roll was served without any dressings or veggies—just bun and lobster—which made it feel plain and lacking in flavor. It’s a good spot if you’re looking for lots of lobster in your roll, but I missed having toppings to enhance the taste.

We are from Boston and you cannot beat this local lobster shop right in the heart of Southwest Harbor. Two 1.5 pound lobster for an unbeatable price! We ate outdoors as the sun was setting over the water. Incredible seafood and exceptional atmosphere. This alone was worth the drive ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stopped in for dinner, with our granddaughter, daughter in law and in laws. The food was excellent, service was great and the atmosphere was perfect. An amazing spot to watch the sunset and relax. Our granddaughter loves all the extra activities to do here as well.

They have gluten free clam chowder, I had a delicious lobster roll as well with dinner. They have someone there who is a celiac who recommended the delicious roll the lobster goes in, highly recommend the views, and sitting on the waterfront enjoying the sunset.

If you’re looking for reasonably priced, perfectly cooked lobster, this place beats all. We ordered 2 – 1 1/2 lb lobsters with corn. Our sides were fries and coleslaw. The corn was tender crisp and sweet. The lobsters were clean, tender, and so tasty with butter!
It was a nice day, so we sat outside at a table under a shade umbrella, with a great view of the bay. I can’t wait to come back!
