This place is gross and overpriced. They don’t even use real sushi rice… It looks like regular white rice. So if your sushi falls apart from here, you know why. We go to to the other Sushi AI’s in STL and Arnold, MO. They offer a larger selection at those locations and their prices aren’t as high. The sushi here use to be decent about 5-7 years ago. Every time I give them a try, because I don’t feel like driving to STL, I leave disappointed. I really wish they would revamp this location. It has so much potential.

I just picked it up. 3 rolls. Sushi rice isnt firm enough so difficult to eat and half roll are the edge of roll of someone which has no shrimp meat. Spicy scallop has no flavor of scallops. I don’t know what they use actually.

The sushi is really good for the price.. buy 2 rolls, get one free. The atmosphere is nice enough… service is a little slow… but overall, it was good, and we will be back!

I will never visit this location again. Service was terrible. Either waitress really didn’t speak/understand English or ignored question and got order wrong. Completely disappointed in this location. Rolls were still good. Miso soup was oddly not as full of ingredients as other times.

This Sushi AI location is certainly below average when compared to the others. The rolls were poorly wrapped, my Alaska roll was very subpar; it tasted old and mushy, as though it was the first roll made and then left out at room temp. Even the cucumber was soggy.

The manager was horrible, she doesn’t know how to talk to people and is extremely rude and nasty. She told us one thing and then made something up last minute and got upset at us for not understanding her. I would never go here again, customer service is very important to me and the customer service here was terrible. It doesn’t matter how good the food was bad service makes the establishment bad
