we have only done take out from here. The prices are pretty good. the staff are nice. the sushi rolls we have are great. the ramen however is just OK though. I used to live in west LA off of Sawtelle and nothing compares to the ramen there. the Noodles at 661 also both times we have come home and going to eat are all stuck together and it actually takes a bit of work to finally get them to separate and not be one big chunk.

2nd Update: We moved out of Santa Clarita a year ago. First time to be back at Sushi 661. Service was still excellent got a table right away. The prices had gone up a couple bucks since last year but what hasn’t. Noticed the tuna wasn’t up to par as before our pieces seemed to be stringy and a bit tough. Have to drop a star for that. I hope it was just an aberration

My soon to be wife’s family has known the owner Song before he opened Sushi 661. I am a sushi lover so this was amazing. The atmosphere when Song is in the building is off the charts. He also sent food to hospitals during Covid to make many medical workers happy:) Not cheap, but what good quality sushi spot is.

The food was ok, although I feel the scallops weren’t as fresh as the fish that’s for sure. Yellowtail was great. Salmon was ok. My wife and I were left alone for most of our visit.. servers walking by seeing our empty cups we had nothing to drink after our first cup of water. So we waited till our server decided to come back we just asked for the check and a box and left. Bad customer service experience.

Best Sushi in Santa Clarita. Their special rolls are second to none and their sashimi specials are unreal. I love their special sauce and how they give out seaweed salad with the rolls.
