From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with so much joy and positive energy that it instantly sets the tone for a great experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service made us feel truly welcomed. Mitchel was our waiter and he’s service was excellent.
The coffee and the matcha were absolutely top tier, and we also tried the blueberry tea which was simply divine. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious — the pictures speak for themselves.
Such a lovely spot to enjoy great drinks, amazing food, and a beautiful vibe. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

Everything was wonderful — I really enjoyed this breakfast café. I loved the individual approach: they truly listen to your preferences and adapt dishes to the customer, which is rare and very appreciated. The staff was welcoming and friendly, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
The only small note is that I would have loved the waffle to be a bit crispier, but overall the experience was excellent. I would definitely come back!

Fell in love with this cafe. Took a friend out for her birthday and hands down food and service was great. Loved it. We will be back with more people. Ruben was super kind as well as the manager and im thinking the owner. I heard someone call her Susana and she was handling appetizer. Some yummy pistachio and almond croissant.

My husband and I snuck out together for a quick bite to eat. Parking was easy to find, we walked up to a quaint and festive porch awning decorated in season.Inside… Such a cute and warm setting, super inviting. Home cooked feel, generous portions and priced fairly. Our servers were prompt and attentive. The food came out timely, fresh and hot, the food was everything I wanted it to be when I woke up wanting breakfast. Check it out, I’m sure this place is a local gem, can’t hype it up too much or TOO MANY people may like it! LOL

Cutesy little cafe in the heart of historic downtown kissimmee. Atmosphere is superb with nice soft music, the smells of sweets & coffee throughout with outdoor seating & parking available. Food was fresh and yummy with the bacon being one of my highlights, it was cooked to perfection. The tequeños with cheese and guava were amazing coffee 10/10 and service was incredible. Lowered one star as they originally gave away my table but everything else more than made up. Highly recommend

I searched “fun local breakfast spot near me” in Orlando, FL, and Susana’s Cafe in Kissimmee came up. What a gem! Cozy and quaint describe it best. If I could give the food and service a 10, I would. Tanya was our server and she was absolutely wonderful — friendly, attentive, and gave great recommendations. The food was fresh and delicious (photos attached!). Highly recommend this spot. Ee’ll definitely be back!

I am a picky eater and this place checks all the boxes! My server was Tanya, she was a ver sweet and attentive waitress. I cook a lot myself so I am particular anbdour eating out and I can say that arepas are out of this world delicious! The pork taste like pure love! It taste like well marinated pork and slow cooked overnight. Amazing food and the cappuccino mouth watering. Give this place a try, no regrets. It has a cozy cabin feel as well. Super cute place.

Stopped in at Susana’s Café in Kissimmee and had an amazing experience! The service from Michel was excellent — super friendly, attentive, and quick. I ordered the avocado chicken arepa and an Oreo frappe, and both were 5-star delicious. The rest of my party had the breakfast bagel and breakfast tacos, and everyone loved their meals. Everything came out fast, fresh, and full of flavor. Highly recommend this spot for great food and warm, welcoming service!

This place has such charm and the food/coffee was great. Our server Mitchel was very helpful and made great suggestions for us. Had a latte with the pistachio milk, and the nutty tones are subtle and worth trying if you haven’t had it and enjoy the flavor that almond milk normally brings. Got the mini arepas and the breakfast arepa and they were great. I recommend the mini so you can sample and definitely use the garlic sause they provide! Looking forward to coming back when I’m in the area.
