Placed an order online due to my strict time schedule and found mold on my bun. Immediately asked for my money back if possible but I was rudely told to do it online. They gave me another burger freshly made but was not given any napkins in my bag and there’s no napkins in the lobby. I love BK but this is unacceptable

Okay Okay. I did enjoy my Whopper with Cheese Onion Rings and Sweet Tea I would love for the Staff to pay more attention to the lobby and Men’s restroom The tables really needed attention, so much so that I had to clean my own. The Restroom had trash and much more. It was only Two Team Members working so I guess they couldn’t break free.

Everything was fresh and made to order. This location never disappoint me. The only thing is that BK burgers taste a little different now. It doesn’t have as strong of a charcoal burger taste like it used to but it’s still good enough for me.

Ive never been this surprised since quality has gone down after covid. The first time me and a few friends attempted to eat here we wanted a good place to eat without staying in our car. The door was locked and the dining was off limits. So we ate at the Dennys down the street. Second time we called ahead to make sure the dining was open. When we got here the door was open and we started ordering using the tablet kiosks. One specific manager a struffy looking black woman stared at us after she locked the door behind us. When we finished ordering she got into a yelling match with some of the younger staff using profanity and threatening to fight. The burger was good I got the texas…something. The fries…are horrible. Technically this place is quite clean in the dining area but im sure thats because its never open.

Terrible food. Cooked too fast. Pre-orders are irrelevant. Staff never made the food until I arrived and waited 20 minutes in a drive thru. This location has the wordt attitudes and service. Don’t bother stopping here for anything unless you want frustration.

Service was terrible locked doors as soon as we came in wouldn’t let other customers in. The black cashier lady started cussing out the cook on the back. I could hear her talking to customers coming in through the drive through she was extremely rude to them. We ended up going down the street to the Denny’s. The lady I was talking about earlier she is a little short with a small white streak in her hair. She saw that customers were very clearly trying to come in to get food and she didn’t do anything about it. Would not recommend ever coming here.

Now as I sit here to cheat on my diet I ordered a double whopper with cheese, at 10a so everything should be fresh, that includes the fries and the veggies you put on the burger…. I explained to the worker taking my order that I want my whopper set up look this no jalapeños, no pickles and I want my burger cheese meat cheese meat, I do not want my meat touching cause it’s too much… the veggies were well very badly, the fries not cooked through, and sauce all over the burger… I paid $15.25… I tried to call back and they aren’t answering, as a matter of fact the number don’t work… I should’ve followed my first mind… this location here in RedOak Texas Sucks horribly… I went cause it was straight up 10a and felt I would get better, but at this point just close it Down… yall are not King of Burgers any more, the whopper is just a slap of what it used to be… TRASH, I also had to take the nasty veggies off to flip the patty, to try and finish this burger… it was saturated in sauce…

They ALWAYS forget something when there’s 3+ people. At least 90% of the time I come with 2+ others, they forget a burger, a side, or both! I usually just do nothing about it but the one time I complain and tell them they always miss things, all they can offer is $5

This placed kicked butt. It was clean, bathroom too, it was fast, and the burger was beyond perfect. Staff was professional, and I had to complement them on a job well done. It’s rare now just to get what you ordered, but it was right, hot, and as close to perfect as you can get
