First time trying this with my family. Customer service definitely complimentary. Food was mediocre we had delivery. Not enough sauce’s, overall the quality was fair. Those drinks was tasty. My favorite was the strawberry. I wasn’t too impressed with the mushroom taco a lil too bland with big spinach pieces.

Nice portion sizes and food was yummy. The chicken actually seems to be grilled and has a nice char taste to it! I feel like a lot of places call their chicken “grilled” but don’t really grill it. We also got the kids quesadilla for my son and that was good too. The horchatas had a BOGO deal so we tried that and they tasted so good. Creamy, a little sweeter than I would like but I think the average person would appreciate it lol. Would definitely try again!
Seating is minimal- no more than 8 seats at most so be mindful of that during their busy times.

It was my first time at Surfside and I was not disappointed! Gracie, Carlos, and the whole team were so friendly and welcoming. The menu is broad with so many options, and I decided on the Bonaire as a bowl—it was fresh, flavorful, and a generous portion! I’ll definitely be back. Plus, they’re open 24/7, which is such a rare find for fresh, guilt-free food late at night!

It’s a taco stand, open 24-7, near DuPont Circle. They do have tables, with seasonal covering, that are popular. Food is outstanding, the best tacos I have had in the area. Many items are served on bed of buttered rice that is delicious. Food ingredients are fresh and full of flavor and satisfying. Most things are made fresh, so they’re able to adjust some ingredients.

The best tacos I had so far in D.C.!…
Fresh and flavorful. I’m picky about tacos and prefer them to be as fresh and authentic how Mexican culture does it. Service was fast and efficient, and the gentleman at the window taking the order was kind. Off to the side, playing reggae music, giving island vibes. This is definitely a new spot for me.

If you’re out late in DC and craving tacos, this is *the* spot to hit up. You wouldn’t believe the quality of food available at 4am! The corn was a game-changer, and while the tacos were good, the quesadillas totally stole the show. Burritos were okay, but a bit rice-heavy for my taste. The sides were on point, and for the price, this place is a total win!
The parking is hard to find.
Just a heads-up: late-night crowds can get a bit wild, so expect some action and security around.

Surfside Taco Stand is my go-to spot in DC for tacos. Always fresh, super flavorful, and quick service. The fish and shrimp tacos are amazing, and the chips + guac never disappoint. Chill vibe, friendly staff, and great for a quick bite or late-night snack.

I really enjoyed the tacos and street corn at this taco stand. I can’t believe they are open 24/7. That is awesome. The food was flavorful and yummy. I dined here twice during our trip.
I think the taco stand should try to have a payment system which accepts all types of credit cards. I noticed a couple who couldn’t pay for their food because they didn’t accept Amex. I helped them out by paying with my card and later the couple reimbursed me.
