Went on a Sunday, really nobody was there eating besides another couple. The waitress was prompt, except when we wanted to pay, went up to the register and just waited for someone to come, I prob could have just left, but I’m not like that, only waited there a couple minutes, but enough time for someone to walk out unnoticed. The place was really clean, that’s expected especially since there was really no one else there. It’s a decent size inside, prices a bit on the high end for the quality of the food. I got spaghetti which a toddler probably could have made better, a LOT of sauce and an ok amount of over cooked spaghetti. Picture forgetting the noodles are cooking and throwing a whole jar of sauce onto one serving of pasta. If your by the airport looking for a bite to eat, I would just find another place. I’m only giving it 3 stars because the waitress was nice. She did ask if everything is OK, I didn’t mention my spaghetti was horrible, just left it there

We went to a Denny’s in Milwaukee, WI, It’s located within walking distance from a Holiday Inn Express. We had a good experience at this location. I ordered a tea expecting a hot tea. The tea was my favorite raspberry ice tea which was a pleasant surprise. Our server was great. Considering we were in Milwaukee for a family funeral, Denny’s was pleasant.

I honestly feel like people should know what they’re walking into before dining here. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The service was extremely slow, and it felt like we were invisible the entire time. We waited far too long just to be acknowledged, and even longer to get basic things like drinks and menus. It didn’t seem busy enough to justify the delay, which made it even more frustrating.
The staff’s behavior was very unprofessional. Instead of focusing on customers, several servers stood around talking loudly to each other across the restaurant. The conversations were distracting, inappropriate for a dining environment, and honestly made the place feel chaotic and uncomfortable. It’s not enjoyable trying to eat while hearing loud personal conversations echoing through the room.
Management was no better. There didn’t seem to be any organization or leadership at all. No one checked on tables, no one apologized for the wait, and no one seemed concerned that guests were clearly frustrated. A well-run restaurant should have a manager present and attentive, making sure service flows smoothly and customers feel welcomed. That definitely wasn’t the case here.
Overall, the atmosphere felt disorganized, unprofessional, and stressful rather than relaxing or enjoyable. Dining out is supposed to be a pleasant experience, but this visit was the opposite. With poor service, inattentive management, and a loud, unprofessional environment, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and won’t be returning.

Our Waitress Alexius, was pleasant, Friendly and attentive. She checked on us often, made sure our drinks were full and made sure our food came out correct. The service made our visit enjoyable.

I don’t know that I’ve ever actually sat down at this Denny’s to eat, but I’ve ordered takeout many times. I wasn’t impressed with the past takeout service, however, for about the last month or two I see a big improvement. And when I did just recently eat in at the restaurant, service was awesome, the manager came over to check on us and see how things were going. I was very impressed.

Came here after closing work on new years eve and it was amazing! Hay-lei and Kristen were phenomenal!! It was a busy night and they were holding it down. Despite it being busy and 5am, service was fast and they were so friendly. Shoutout to all the staff, wish I could shout them all out by name. this was exactly what I needed after work tonight.

Night manager didn’t seem to thrilled to help when the waitress did not put my order in and I had to sit and wait while my family ate their meal. Not even an apology. If your staff is new and there is an issue the manager should be right there to make it right. Not make the customer feel like it’s an inconvenience for being there. It was my son’s birthday on top of it all.
