Hubby and I we’re looking for some place to grab some lunch after our flight and stumbled upon this cute little taco stand and what a pleasant surprise! The nachos were my favorite and absolutely DELICIOUS ! The birria tacos were yummy too! There are a few tables inside that you can eat at, which was great because it was soooo windy outside. We would definitely be back next time were are in town!

Food was hot and fresh. Street Corn was the best. Nachos crispyand beef seasoned. Even got tap water with no issue, lol. Large portion and enough to share between 2 people.

The food is fine. The location is lovely. Warning: Don’t ask for a cup of tap water or they get attitude with you. Unclear how providing tap water is against company policy. They must have a different policy than other locations at the Wharf or in DC that serve both families with children and also serve alcohol.
For comparable price and food quality, there are many other options on the wharf that are more welcoming.

Perfect spot for a late night meal! Surf side was one of the few places open on a Friday night after 11pm within reasonable distance to the Anthem.
We got the Maui and the Punta Cana tacos- one was chicken and the other fish. Highly recommend these options but want to try all of the others!
The rice was a little bland, but added some depth to the tacos
We also got a large size guacamole, which complemented the tacos even more!
They also had draft margaritas, which were delicious!

Food is good. I usually order the St. Bart fish burrito for delivery. My only complaint is that they put the the salad with dressing in the same container bowl as the burrito. The dressing from the salad ALWAYS run over to the burrito leaving the bottom portion of the burrito soggy. I HATE SOGGY BURRITOS! I have to get paper towels to dry the burrito before I eat it. If someone that’s in a position to make a change read this review, can something please be done about this. Use a container with a partition for the salad or even offer the dressing on the side that would be great.

Awesome place for a quick bite before a concert at the Anthem! We tried at several items all of the tacos were delicious, the guacamole was a hefty portion, and the street corn was amazing! Plus, they sell REALLY big bottles of water – great for walking around with in the area during the summer.

Went here on an evening date and it was nice experience. Food – honestly the individual tacos are a bit over priced for myself but they sounded delicious off of the menu. My date and I had the burritos and they were tasty. I had the shrimp burrito and it was so good. Big fresh shrimp and nice bits of zucchini crunch too. Fresh ingredients and a fancy small salad too! Service – super respectful staff and fairly quick service too. No complaints. Vibe/Aesthetic – California surf shake vibe. It just felt casual, fun and nautical to me. I would go back for the fresh food but I would not try the tacos because of the prices were high in my opinion.

Randomly ate here with a friend who was tipped Mardi gras parade weekend, and I’m happy I did. My friend ordered a Taco with breakfast stuff on it and some plain Carne asada Taco, everything was amazing. I was skeptical about that light rice because I had never had rice that light but it was really good. I wish the place had more seating, but other than that it was awesome. For it to be so packed, the food came pretty quickly.

Very nice and quick service.

I loved their Birria Tacos. They’re more delicious than Taco De Birria at Rice Bar, and the quality of the beef is way better.

The beef broth is full of flavor.

The only thing I would suggest is to add one more taco in this combo, as the price is kinda expensive for only two tacos.

If you have read the other reviews, ranting and raving about how much they enjoyed the tacos and how inexpensive they are. Believe them, I tried the Nevis and Birria taco. They were both very good but the Birria was something special. That’s not taking anything away from the Nevis though. I will be back to try the others!
