Objectively, food is fine. Average. It’s a diner. It knows its place, it meets the expectation of decent.
Now, onto the most shocking part of my experience, the service. Our waitress was this blonde, older, Italian woman. She didn’t introduce herself or give her name so not sure how else to identify her. Never had someone so blatantly disregard the existence of our whole table. No smile. Just curt and careless. I would fire her ASAP if I was the owner. Get someone who cares about the clients and is happy to see new ones.

What a great little diner. The atmosphere is fun and the ambience is great. I had the shrimp chimichurri salad, which was absolutely delicious. The sauce on the side was perfect and was quite tangy because of the chimichurri. The portion was wonderful. My kiddo had a pork slider, which was also delicious and huge. Quite filling. The service was friendly and familiar. And the food came out very quickly..

Great food and ample portion sizes. A bit pricey, but it is palm beach so what do you expect. I feel bad for the waitress who was working there. It looked like she was the only one on the clock and had to wait on all the tables by herself while there were a few employees behind the bar serving those customers. Anyways, that resulted in a really long wait to get our order in and an even longer one to get our check and receipt.

Had a breakfast meeting here this morning. The food, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. The SurSide Diner is definitely one of the best breakfast spots in downtown Palm Beach. I would highly recommend it here!

Fantastic Experience at SurfSide Diner!! SurfSide Diner is amazing! The staff is incredibly helpful, the owner is so kind and respectful to everyone, and the chef is sooo sooo nice. The food is absolutely delicious, the prices are reasonable, and the location is perfect. Highly recommend this place for a great meal and wonderful atmosphere!

Have been wanting to try this inviting diner on Palm Beach island for some time now. Stopped in and Alexis took care of us and did a fantastic job. We shared a few meals for comparison. The eggs Benedict were fantastic and cooked perfectly. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger, but didn’t get the bacon…not the end of the world. Was prepared exactly how I wanted though, and had a really good taste. Also tried the basic eggs and home fries. The potatoes were good, but just basic. My only complaint would be that for the price you pay for a burger, fries should be included instead of lays potato chips (yuck). There is a $2.50 up charge. That’s ridiculous, but then again, I’m on Palm beach island. Also, 2 eggs only gets you 1 slice of toast…don’t know why they are shorting you in bread. Overall, good experience and recommend you give this place a try. Support your local businesses.

Pretty cool spot to dine in. We arrived at a very busy time and we had to wait around 10 minutes for a table. Upon request we were given a high chair for the baby.
Food was delicious and was made quick.
Beer and sparkling wine were at a decent price.
I was surprised to see that they’re was no baby changing station in the bathrooms so I had to improvise by placing 2 chairs inside and using that.
Other than that great spot with good food , we’ll be back.

The food is outstanding! Everything is always fresh and delicious. Whether it’s a burger or a salad, it’ll be amazing! It’s usually very busy, so be prepared to wait

5 stars all around. Just love this local, dog-friendly breakfast/ lunch spot on the island! Today I went with the Burrata salad and jazzed it up with avocado and shrimp. Camila was lovely as always and little Jude thought the same a joint you keep coming back to for sure!
