Sooooo lemme tell y’all about this place okurrrr….. I AM BEYOND SATISFIED! I ordered the boil with eggs, corn, shrimp, black mussels, sausage, crawfish, crab legs, and potatoes with a side of chicken fried rice. YES ME AND MY HUSBAND ARE BIG BACKS. However the food was SEASONED to PERFECTION . I’m a spice girl so I got mine XXTRA spicy and boy did they come through with it! This is my first time ordering and definitely WON’T be my last! Even the chicken fried rice was tender, moist, flavorful and fluffy like no other! I door dash the order due to my husband driving trucks and it was still A1 SERVICE, I could only imagine if we dined in . I’m still eating and saucing my phone up as I type this review! HANDS DOWN 100 OUTTA 10, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If you’re ever in Laredo, Tx SURFING CRAB IS A MUST! Thank you guys so much for the amazing mouthful of greatness I can’t stress enough how amazing everything tastes!! ❤️

If you’re looking for something different to eat in Laredo, this is the perfect place. The menu is pretty extensive, they have a good variety of options to choose, they also have some vegan and vegetarian options although it’s mainly appetizers but it’s good that they’re offering some options for these dietary restrictions. We got the edamames with the Special Surfing Crab sauce which is made of cajun seasoning, garlic and butter, they were very very good and also the portion was huge compared to other places where Edamames are served as appetizer. To eat we got the Half Half fried basket, which you can choose among different items, we decided to go for the Jumbo Shrimps and Flounder fish (if you choose this one there’s an extra charge of $1) and it comes with Cajun fries and a couple of sauces/dressings that were extremely good, one was a sort of ranch but it tasted slightly different, and the other one was kinda ketchup but mixed with pickled radish. Additionally we got the Boiled Laredo special basket, it came with sausages, a couple of corns on the cob, a lobster tail, crab legs and shrimps, although there are also other options to choose like oysters, catfish, etc… Also what O liked about this place is that you get to choose the sauce and the level of spiciness, we decided to go wild for the Fire level (which was the spiciest one), which I highly recommend if you like spicy food, otherwise you can choose a Lower level so you can still enjoy the complex flavors of all the seasonings. For the crab legs the give you some tools to crack them, otherwise it’s a bit messy to do it, in our case the waitress forgot to bring us that but we nicely asked for them and she was more than happy to get us what we needed. Additionally they give you a sort of bib so you don’t mess up your clothes. Another good thing worth to mention is that soft beverages (such as soda or tea) is refillable. Prices are accessible. The service was amazing, the waitress was very happy to give us some recommendations since it was out very first time going there and also she was very attentive, from time to time she would ask if we would need anything else. Definitely we’ll come back, loved the experience very much.

Pretty good actually. And much better than the place at the mall. Flavor was good, prices and service were as well. We ordered the #1 combo with shrimp ($3 extra for heads off- worth it), crayfish, black mussels and we added sausage. There were 3 of us and it was a lot of food. My son ordered the half and half with shrimp and catfish and he loved it. The tartar sauce was good and he tends to be picky. We ordered calamari as an appetizer and that was the only thing that wasn’t very good. Our tab came out to $90. We usually spend more having dinner as a family. We will be back. I didn’t like how the walls and seats are all written on but that’s just an ambiance thing.

First time here, food was amazing! We got the combo with the lobster and it was enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The special sauce in spicy was perfect. The staff was very attentive. I recommend the Paloma! My son got the cheeseburger from the kids meal and it was huge.

Seafood boil isn’t my go-to but I’ve been here a few times and it does not disappoint. I always try different plates or meals and I’m satisfied. I do always order the combination fried rice, it’s so delicious and filling! The drinks are soooo good here too! I like the lichee martini, sweet and tasty. I’ve yet to try the fried fish plates but that’s what I’ll be having next time I go!

Very good boils! It was good for the price and the experience. They gave us wipes , tools for the crab, butter, lemon and gloves. There was a miscommunication on the fried rice order and the gloves I got were not very convenient to use. Was I supposed to get a bib?? Not sure but maybe that’s for lobster.
I didn’t hear complaints about the rice so it must have been good!
