One of the few places that still has outdoor seatings in November. Our puppy liked the chicken, but our fish tacos and blackened shrimp were okay. Recommend this place to anyone dining with a dog.

Sat outside during lunch, great location. Service was outstanding, very helpful and such friendly staff with quick turn around time as drinks were immediately delivered and food took less than 10 mins from ordering. I had the surf club burger and she had the chicken tacos. Burger was disappointingly without much of a taste at all and seemed that it was just a regular burger patty. The fries were drenched in oil and had a fishy taste to them, possibly by being fried on same oil(?). Chicken tacos also had little taste to it. They are missing that special touch to make the dishes stand out. Would definitely recommend this place for drinks as it was fun but I’d skip it as a lunch/dinner spot.

We visited the Surf Club recently and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The food was well below expectations and took an unusually long time to arrive.
In addition, the service made us feel uncomfortable. The bartender and waitstaff were repeatedly laughing and looking in our direction, which came across as unprofessional and childish. Rather than feeling welcomed, it made the atmosphere awkward and uninviting.
Overall, the atmosphere was not what we expected, especially given the reputation of the establishment. This experience fell far short of what we were anticipating and was disappointing overall.

We hosted the welcome party for our wedding at Dive Bar and it was AMAZING!!! Laurie was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the entire process so simple. 11/10 recommend!!

This place was goooooood my friends and I came and I got the grilled chicken pesto pizza and it was 10/10. Other good items were: fish tacos, chicken taco salad, crispy buffalo chicken pizza. All of them were great. I’ll definitely be coming back when I’m in the area again. Oh and the service was normal and good. No complaints

This place was great! It has seating options both inside and outside. More importantly though, it has the best vegetarian buffalo wings I’ve ever had. I’d take them over a lot of other buffalo wings I’ve had vegetarian or not. The pizza was great as well. I got their barrel aged old-fashioned and it was a great way to start off the meal.

Has a splendid atmosphere, I love their giant booths as well. Our server was nice as well. Ordered two burgers and a kid’s pizza and a kid’s mac and cheese. The kid’s pizza was super cute they had two long trails of crust coming off it to make it fun looking. However the sauce on the pizza wasn’t the greatest and there was barely any cheese and the crust was burned black in some spots. The mac and cheese seemed to be made from homemade noodles which were not cooked well enough and just mushy overall. The burgers both orders medium were pink inside but immensely charred on the outside, at least the bacon on the burger was tasty. Prices are on the higher side too but granted you are in downtown Newport. Probably wouldn’t eat here again. Also note for families – they have an extra tall high chair available to fit at the booth table and provide kid’s menus with crayons – but no offer of any form of kid’s cup or straw.

I had the pork belly sliders and a salad for dinner , both very good.

Beautiful place. Super cozy with an open kitchen. Ordered the Lemon Bar Martini and the Tuna Nachos. We are from Ohio for vacation and Chloe was our bartender who gave us awesome recommendations of places to check out. Very kind and welcoming. Good job guys.

Fair is fair – the food is respectable. However, it came to the table cold because our waiter was no where to be found. Worse, we were there between 6-8pm for dinner service but seated between over-served tables that spilled into yelling at eachother and the manager, like the waiter, was nowhere to be found. Despite the food, I can’t recommend because of poor management and untrained wait staff.
