Fantastic selection of fresh veggies and meats for your burrito of taco bowl. This is similar to chipotle or subway in the assembly feature, but the freshness was unmatched. The general manager was the front line of the crew and I admire the dedication. We were well taken care of and lunch was delicious.
The only downside was the mowing crew blowing dirt and grass clippings into the restaurant. It was extremely loud and unprofessional considering this is a place where people go for lunch. The crew decided to do this around our visit, which was peak lunch hour – noonish.

I had never even heard of Surcheros until it went in at the Tanger/Century Farms area. We finally stopped in and wow, we should have gone a long time ago! It was so delicious! The food was all so fresh and both of our entrees came with chips and they have a salsa bar.
I got a burrito bowl with chicken, which was seasoned really well. The cilantro-lime rice was really good, too. The portion was generous and even though I was full about midway through I kept eating because it was so delicious.
My partner ordered a burrito and he said the grilling leveled it up.
All of the salsas we tried were delicious. We will definitely be back.

I think the food tastes good. The chicken is well seasoned and the rice is flavorful. The topping choices and sauces are better than Chipotle.
The downside:
Bathroom was gross.
The two workers seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else than at Surcheros. No hello, just “you ready?”
The chicken was good but there was a bone and, WOW, that didn’t feel good on the tooth.
And lastly, I didn’t like that it was served on paper. As you’re mixing and scooping a bit the paper is tearing. I’m sure at some point that mixes in the food.

Maybe I didn’t order the right item, but the nachos were just okay. The chips were very thin and quite greasy, so they couldn’t hold the toppings well and kept breaking apart. I ended up removing most of the chips and basically turning it into a bowl instead. On the positive side, the protein was pretty tasty, and the customer service was friendly and fast. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I’d probably try something else next time.

My wife and I ate here for the first time yesterday. I wasn’t too thrilled about “another burrito bowl place”, but it was convenient to our shopping that day. Upon entering, we were impressed by the menu, options, pricing, and the freshness of ingredients. We both got a burrito bowl with cilantro rice, black beans, and ground beef. The portion sizes were very generous! We both got slightly different toppings but we both loved our bowls! Neither of us finished all our food. Chips and salsa were also good. Will def eat there again the next time we are in the area!

Similar to other places like Chipotle or DosBros, but 100 times the flavor and portions. After letting the staff know it was our first time here, they proceeded to give us valuable information about the menu, flavors, and what type of options they had.
I ordered the grilled chicken burrito, and it was way bigger than expected. My wife got the chicken bowl, and both options were heavenly. Full of flavor, tasted fresh, and so much more. They have a salsa bar with delicious options like spicy garlic.
Furthermore, the garage door opens, and you can sit outside and catch the nice warm breeze in the shade. Want to sit inside? There are many tables with a nice open layout for privacy and comfort.
We will definitely be back! Also, don’t forget to download the Tanger Outlet app and get discounts depending on the week. This place is a MUST TRY!

We went there tonight for the first time. We didn’t know what to expect, but I gotta say this is a new favorite. The food was amazing. The taste was amazing and the portions were more than worth the price. Even though the food was amazing, the customer service was even better. Jonathan was super helpful in explaining the menu to us with an amazing attitude. I’m not typically one to leave reviews, but this one was more than deserved.

First time visiting Saturday. I ordered quesadilla with ground beef, with chips and queso, and a lemonade. Food was pretty good, but salsa not the greatest. I tried mild and medium. Service and atmosphere were great. They make your food as you go through line.

1st time coming here. The line starts from the entrance, make a right as you come in. You got a paper menu or you can see it above. You’ll choose what type of base you want, toppings, meat, and the final sides. The drinks, if you decide to get some, will be after the cashier. The tables and floor were cleaned along with the bathrooms. It wasn’t crowded when I was there but I have no doubt this restaurant gets busy with customers.
