The food was so delicious and fresh! Great quality and great prices for quite a lot of food!
The only thing that could be better is their salsa. The salsa is not very good, but a simple recipe adjustment should be a good fix.
Overall, great prices and great value. The food is incredibly fresh. Would choose over chipotle any day!

It was ok. I think it tasted better than things looked. I didn’t notice a lot of flavor on the chicken. The wrap was constructed well. The juices were amazing! Reasonably priced. They will bring your food to you. The bathroom was adequate. Overall, it’s worth visiting again.

Wonderful experience here. The food was delicious and so much more in terms of options, quality, and taste than competitors like Chipotle. The chips and salsa bar was very fun and the chips were so fresh. Staff was very friendly and patient while I understood all the options available since it was my first time dining. Was pleasantly surprised they offer to grill the corn salsa as they assemble your bowl. Only wished it was closer so I could go there more often!

We’ve ate here a few times and the food has always been good , it’s basically like a moe’s or chipotle’s . The staff was very friendly and professional. The place was clean and not too expensive. We will definitely eat there again .

Got to try the new place in town. I can appreciate the fact there food choices are not made with tomatoes, lemon or limes unlike the other similar places in town. Wish they had a spicy chicken option though. The chips though were just over greasy and stuck together, did not get the thickness I normally do on my burritos because it was put on the grill for some reason. And the lady could had been a little more knowledgeable on the food and friendly because people do have food allergies like me and need to know what’s in the food.

The customer service is only good when Bianca is there.. when the other manager is there he’s so lazy and never greets the customers with any kind of energy or without being polite. The Bianca and Sam lady are the BEST literally they deserve a raise they’re so sweet and nice. The Madison lady is rude and so is the African manager guy I order a bowl with extra mushrooms and peppers ..instead I got lite peppers and no mushrooms & a WHOLE STAPLE in my food I could’ve choked and died literally it’s scary & I had a hair in my bag not in my food but inside my food bag it came in & I was told to bring it back up there so they can see they couldn’t “take my word” mind you I come there 3/4 times a week & I don’t have a car so I had to pay for a cab to show them the messed up order .. thanks Surcheros .. again Bianca and Sam are great please give them a raise oh and the light skin guy with tattoos come with great customer service also other crew is not that good

We moved recently from Macon and the one thing we lamented was the loss of our beloved Surcheros. Imagine what a happy surprise it was that they announced they were taking over this spot just a few months later!
Love the new spot. It’s bright and airy with lots of great seating, including covered, outdoor spots.
When you compare Surcheros to other shops like Moe’s, Chipotle, Willy’s, and Barberitos, the former is the clear winner in all categories. Especially with regard to toppings to choose from. Everything is so fresh and delicious. I particularly appreciate red and yellow onion options (both!). The southwest rice is so good! The chips are different than my last Surcheros in the best way. They’re thicker and crispy and well salted.
If I had to offer one criticism, it’s that I don’t love the use of styrofoam cups, especially for beverages.

I have ordered the taco kit a few times. The food has always been fresh, tasty, and appropriate portions. The price is a great deal for what you get. The staff has always been super nice and double checks the order is correct before handing it off to me.

Went inside to order my good. I watched the young lady make my burrito. Next thing I hear is “ I need another tortilla”. I asked did they remake it. The young lady says yes because the first tortilla ripped. I get home and open it. It’s half the size and none of the original ingredients were in it. I’ll never return to this establishment.
