“Excellent Thai Kitchen” is a culinary establishment that prides itself on serving freshly prepared meals, reminiscent of the care and love a mother would offer her family.
The dishes were not only delectable but also bursting with flavor. The restaurant’s swift and efficient atmosphere, coupled with its exceptional service, creates an overall dining experience that is both enjoyable and memorable.

I’ve been eating Supons consistently for over a decade. Yes, the prices have gone up. They have everywhere! But the food remains consistently fresh, affordable (comparatively), and fast. I usually order take out and pick it up within 20 minutes. I don’t branch out very much and always order the Pad Thai with tofu, Thai style, 2 stars. My partner switches between the Yellow Curry and the See Ew. We have found that if he orders his usual 5 stars, my 2 stars will be extra spicy, so we both order at 2 stars and it’s very consistent. This place just has one cook in the back, so unless there are dietary restrictions (which they’ve been great at accommodating), expect your spice levels to blend across your order as it’s all made generally together. Supons is one of the few locally owned spots that is still going strong, and I hope it will be here for many many more years!

Supon’s Thai Kitchen was nearby our accommodation, and the good reviews drew us in! Their menu (according to Google) is not updated, so I recommend going to their restaurant for more accurate pricing. Had the Kee Mao with chicken at a 0 spice level, and the Holy Basil with pork at a spice level of 1. We added a bowl of brown rice ($2.50). Both dishes came with an abundance of thickly cut vegetables cooked just right, with a slight crunch but not overcooked or soft. Good serving of meat as well! We have a low tolerance for spice, so even their level of 1 had a slight kick, but was manageable! Their Thai Iced Tea was refreshing as well.
We got the vibes of a family establishment. On a Wednesday night, there were a few patrons dining in, but also people coming to take out food. Would return if in the area!

So glad we tried the food at Supon’s Thai Kitchen. The courteous waitress informed us the heat scale could go to 20 if the usual 1-5 wasn’t enough. We found a 4 out of 5 was perfect for the Panang Curry, Rad Na and Rama dish. The bell peppers in the curry were cooked perfectly tender and cut large for full flavor. The Rad Na is my wife’s favorite dish with wide cut noodles, garlic and tender meat. The freshness of the vegetables was apparent in all the dishes and each dish differentiated from the next. A very enjoyable experience.

Called in 2 hours before they opened hoping for a chance to snag some good Thai food for my team, she had food ready in 30 min to pick up, excellent portions and well thought out seasonings and spices, you can still taste and experience the passion and love for the food in every bite, it’s always a good time at soupons, thank you again!

Second visit and was super impressed that they happily adjusted the dish for dietary restrictions because everything is cooked fresh. The veggies were fresh and still crisp, the flavors marvelous. 2-star heat was all this wimp could take. We had the three meat combo.
Each meal is prepared fresh when ordered and once again the veggies in the Traditional Thai Pad Thai were plentiful and crisp. I was happy with spice level 2 but most heat lovers would appreciate 3 more.

Food was fresh hot and big portions. Left worth a full belly. Wide noodles amazing and veggies cooked to perfection! they also know their spice, we had a lovely burn on our number 2. Keep up the delicious work. Sorry about the half eaten picture but couldn’t help it.

We had the lunch special, which was pad Thai with a curry of your choice, for 16.99. It was well worth the price. The place is clean, it smells good, and has friendly and efficient wait staff.

This will always be my favorite Thai food in Bellingham! I’ve never dined in, doesn’t seem like many do, but the takeout is always amazing! The thai style pad thai is my go to. I wonder if more people would dine in if there were music playing?
