A must-visit spot in Hanford! Their ice cream is absolutely amazing—I honestly haven’t tried a single flavor that wasn’t delicious.
In addition to ice cream, they also offer a limited menu of sandwiches, which is a nice bonus.
They are currently refurbishing the dining area, so takeout is the only option for now, but it’s well worth the stop. Highly recommended for a sweet treat!

Went here on a Saturday afternoon. A little busy and parking isn’t too hard to find. To-go only.
Went here to get a junior size seasonal peach ice cream. The servings are definitely not junior. 2 big scoops that you can share with 2 people. The ice cream itself is delicious. Nice flavors, creamy and not too sugary.
Overall, an iconic establishment in Hanford. The new owners are looking to renovate the exterior and open indoor again soon. I’ll definitely come back to try the other flavors.

A great place to enjoy old fashioned ice cream. Staff are friendly and provide excellent customer service. They also have a variety of flavors and portion sizes. If in doubt, don’t hesitate to try a sample. Their maplenut ice cream is delicious. A best seller.

The ice cream is definitely good, but the smallest you can get is a large portion for near 10 bucks. Sadly, this place was a huge staple of this town, Now it is carryout only. It could be fixed up so nicely with memories hanging everywhere around it and a place for families and kids to go.

Its a fabulous old place. New ownership but still ran good. Only thing is you can’t sit and enjoy the ice cream. Take-out only. Can’t really eat at park with the people camping there . I had favorite booth now it just collects dust instead of butts. I would be going more often if could sit inside the beautiful old place.

Unfortunately, the new owners do not allow you to sit and enjoy your ice cream anymore. It is take out ONLY. So sad. And don’t order a banana split because the couple in front of me did, and it came in a tall paper cup. How in the world do you eat a banana split out of a cup?

May 2024 Update. This location is not the same as it was 2 years ago. You are not allowed to take a seat and enjoy your ice cream anymore. Portion are smaller then it was before with a increase in price. Wife wanted a banana split and they where offering it in a cup all mixed up. Was the intention to get a banana split milkshake instead? Place has been let go and not taken care of well. Areas of the floor are so dirty and black that you might think it’s mold. The soda dispenser has some sort corrosion turning blue that was hard not to pay attention as I saw it being used to make the customer icecream order. Chlorine and other cleaning supplies where left on the floor as workers walked over it. Friendly staff but I came in to share a Banana split with the wife but was definitely disappointed. One hour of drive for the experience and the nice size portion has become a thing of the past.
