Ordered a hour in advance food was still hot by the time we picked up and got it home! The vegetable lo mein was the best I have probably ever had. Both chicken we ordered was delicious. Fried dumplings were good, not the best but good. And the people were friendly. Will deff be going again!

Got there half an hour after ordering, told they’re still working on order. No problem, another half an hour ask again, find out they gave my order to someone else. Asked for refund, told okay, then given run around on refund for an hour, told they called the police to report stolen food before I can receive refund. Person who took my order brought it back, I still wanted refund, they tried sending the food the other customer brought back to restaurant with me instead. Horrible encounter, bad business attitude and handling of situation. 2 hours to resolve problem.

I wanted chinese for lunch. I work in Bridgeport from 12:30 pm – 9 pm. I called at 11:25 before I went to work to place my order. She said it would be ready in 25 minutes which would have given me plenty of time. When I got there, my order wasn’t ready. I waited until 12:10. I couldn’t wait any longer. She followed me out the door but I told her I couldn’t wait any longer because I would be late for work. I punched in to work at 12:26. Not only did I not get my order, I also did not have anything for my lunchbreak. Very frustrating! That was the whole point of ordering ahead!

Our family loves to eat here at the Super Wok at the East End of Salem. We usually call and our order is always ready and still warm by the time we get and bring it back home to eat. Very nice family runs the Restaurant.

This used to be the best Chinese food around. It’s not very good anymore. The flavors aren’t as good, doesn’t seem as fresh. We loved Super Wok, but not now. It must be under different owners because of the drastic changes in quality and taste. I’m sad.

They forgot to give us sweet and sour sauce, then we asked for NO onions or vegetables in the fried rice. Well there were onions and vegetables in it and it had a weird color to it. Then the broccoli was very hard like it was raw, the beef was chewy and had alot of grissel and fat in it. The chicken for the sweet and sour chicken looked like someone sliced it thin and the breading was thick. Some pieces didn’t even have chicken in them. We have never had a bad experience with them before. We will never go back again.

As the only decent Chinese place for miles around, we are lucky that it is this good. I have never had a bad meal from here and it is prepared quickly. It’s worth stopping in even if you’re just passing through. Wonderful staff and wonderful food.

When asked if they could fix a mess up for me the parents started cussing at me and calling me a liar..the son wouldn’t tell me what they were saying just saying that it wasn’t very nice.. I asked them if I could get it refunded since they messed it up and they no, because “no one would eat it and it would just go to waste” so I didn’t get my refund but had to pay an extra $5 to even get the food they messed up on..will not be going back
