I’ve been coming here since high school, a quarter century ago. I moved back to the area a few years ago, and they know me by name here. Sweetest people, best food, and my first recommendation for food in the area. ‘Hole in the wall’ vibes in all the best ways.
If you’ve made it so far as to check the reviews, go ahead and make this your destination. It’s well worth it.
I’ve been getting the steak fajita burrito since I first started going there in high school, and it as amazing as ever. I tend not to get fajitas elsewhere, because they’re just disappointing in comparison.
My wife recently started ordering the chile relleno burrito, and it is phenomenal.
Years ago my parents were doing a remodel on their kitchen and ate here so much they decided to work their way down the menu. They said nothing disappoints.
This place deserves infinite stars.
If either Gabriel or Iris are working the counter, tell them ‘hi’ for me. They never fail to make me smile.

I ordered today for take out and have loved Super Torta for years. I ordered a Taco Salad and when I got home opened the box it was a mini shell and cold. Shredded beef was tasteless and overall the worst one I have ever had for $12.00. I and my family have eaten there 25 times minimum and I was sadly very disappointed. Something has changed there. Never had such small tasteless food from there.

Best Mexican food in OC. The handmade tamales are amazing! The service is fabulous and friendly and super fast. The menu is vast and always great! It’s always busy and no complaints from the patrons. They do close for the Christmas holiday and close for a week. Super Torta is one of our very favorite places in Oregon City! They have seating inside and there is room for several people. Tons of parking and the take out process is speedy!

If looking for authentic Mexican food, this is a great little place in Oregon City. Very nice people. Lady that waited on me was very cordial & took the time to explain to me how some of the items on the menu are prepared. She also shared with me that they have been in business for over 25 years. I follow a plant based lifestyle & they had a delicious vegan burrito without sour cream. It was yummy. Will definitely keep this little gem on my goto list of place’s to eat.

Use to love this place. Did the cook change? Not impressed with my last order though. I got cheese enchiladas and the inside was not at all cooked and the sauce tasted like it had seperated and was not stired before the top layer of grease was scooped off and poured ontop of my food, or it had turned and was still used. Same thing with the relleno but it was an unmelted cube strip of cheese with a soggy egg coating. Chimichanga had almost no meat and was only like 4 inches long by 4 inches wide.

I drove by this place a couple of times and decided today is the day to try it out..I got a Carne Asada Burrito and a fish taco.. The fish taco was very small for the price and had to much vegetables on it covering the small fish that was in there.. The fish didn’t taste very good, or there wasn’t enough of fish to taste it, but the vegetables did taste fresh. The burrito was pretty big and wrapped very nice. There were different kinds of condiments inside the burrito that looked good. After taking a couple of bites, everything in the burrito tasted very bland, didn’t taste like an authentic burrito. Their authentic red hot sauce didn’t taste the best, but it was ok.

Man, I love this place! Super Torta was introduced to me by my boss who lives right up the road in Oregon City. And it’s no surprise that she lives so close to this place and still hasn’t gotten bored of it.
This place is excellent! The food is stellar, though I can only speak for the burritos. Not only are you getting a baby sized burrito (size of the baby, not of the baby’s food), but you’re also getting it real quick outside of the lunch rush. I usually get the carne asada or carnitas burrito and they haven’t steered me wrong yet. I went today and had the carnitas and fell asleep for two hours after getting home! No complaints here!
The service has always been nice. They are kind and quick and with the food they’re serving that’s all I can ask for!
The ambiance is simple, but when you’re as focused on the food as you will be you won’t have time to look around. It’s always been clean and welcoming!
Personally I always pair my burrito with a lime Jarritos and an extra side of pico de gallo. A warning to the uninitiated: if you ask for extra pico you’re gonna get a cup of it! I’ve never had a problem finishing the entire side with my entree but there are some who might be intimidated by the portion!
If you’re in Oregon City, or even Portland for that matter, come down to OC to see the river, the beautiful scenery, and order from Super Torta!

On the advice from a good friend. I stopped by to try the street tacos at Super Torta in Oregon City. This place is definitely a hole in the wall.The restaurant is basically barebones,very clean and some of the best Mexican I’ve had in a long time. I would definitely recommend the carne asada tacos.
