Super subs needs to be called super slow. Had I known walk in orders take priority to online orders I would have walked my behind in there too instead of waiting almost an hour for 2 pizzas one cheese and one pep and an order of fries. Pizzas were hot but the fries tasted like wet cardboard even after I was assured they were fresh.

$30 for a kids size pizza that looks like kid cuisine microwave pizza and a sub that is so greasy and thrown together that half of it was stuck to the paper and is barely edible. This place has really gone down hill and I’ve been eating here for 15 years.

Girl who answers calls and works cashier position hustles conversations, and always catches an attitude when I walk into this establishment. She rolled her eyes when I briefly went to get a drink, and impatiently questioned to repeat my order, rather than searching what food items were being prepared already in the system. It’s not right also for the preparers to loudly strike conversation about a controlled topic in front of other employees, rather then basic introduction politeness, as if expecting me to respond and give an answer. ; Chicken Parmesan sub barely had any sauce inside of it. They don’t offer individual pizza slice orders. Expensive. Departure for Mace Avenue has a very dangerous blind spot from the left side; Won’t be returning

Normally this is great pizza. Tonight not so great. The crust wasn’t cooked through and was doughy, the mushrooms were slummy like they just came out of a can, the sauce was almost non-existent. Hopefully my next pizza will be better or I’ll have to find a new pizza place.

This was my first time ordering from here, and it was a pleasant one. I made my online order and added a nice tip ahead of time, hoping I would get good service. Well, the order was just a pizza and some garlic bread. It showed up an hour and a half later. And I only like a mile and a half away.
When the delivery arrived, I asked the driver what happened, and he laughed and said he was really busy. So sadly, when I opened the pizza box to realize it was overcooked, and when we tried it, the pizza was cold. I was really hoping for a new pizza place, but sadly, this one didn’t make the cut. It may have been a one-time thing, but it did not seem like a big deal to the driver. I may try it again, but I am not recommending it until then and maybe a better outcome.

I always get the deal of 2 whole subs and For sub #2, I asked for no onions and it looked like a whole onion was deliberately put under all the meat(whats on the paper towel was ONLY one half of my sub). I spent 20 mins picking onions out a sub that I don’t even want anymore. Super Subs & Pizza DO BETTER AND GET PEOPLE IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT THAT CAN ACTUALLY READ!

They have a pretty decent cheesesteak, and they don’t skimp on the toppings. I have always received the same quality on every visit. I think they are nice when they answer the phones, and they have also never gotten my order wrong. I would definitely return, anytime!

Have been ordering here for many years. Food is usually consistently good. However, fries are a problem. Not cooked enough or over cooked. Lately too soggy!! This can ruin the entire “takeout” experience. Main dishes are good, however losing patients with soggy fries. C’mon management, fix this problem!!

Me and hubby had a long week. Used to order from here all the time when i was a teenager. I DONT KNOW WHY I STOPPED COMING HERE. The wonderful woman that took my order was amazingly polite and very patient (my toddler was attempting to order also ). Food came FAST HOT. Like PIPING hot fries PERFECTLY fried. Chicken tenders lightly breaded ALL meat not a lot of batter. Now these cheesesteaks BAYBEEE i need to come kiss the chef. Meat juicy seasoned SUB BUSTING with meat. Toppings not over topping the sub. And the best part ITS NOT EXPENSIVE we will DEFINITELY be back. Thank you sooo much for itching my big back cravings ❤️❤️❤️
