Great place for a good Sub. The best Italian you’ve ever had. One of the best Tenderloins you’ll find. And sometimes you can beat Chilli with cheese and mushrooms. Always great service here.

This particular location has gone extremely downhill.
Chili was basically tomato soup with barely any beans or meat. Subs were cold even though they are supposed to be microwaved. Virtually no mayo on either of the 2 subs I ordered.
I used to work at Subby’s for a few years back in the early 90’s and know how to make the chili and the sandwiches.
This is a FAR cry from what it used to be.
It’s this location too. Had 3-4 “dudes” working in it just goofing around, while some of their other “dude” friends just came in and took free drinks out of the soda machine.
You can tell nobody really cared in there at all. Bathrooms were a mess too.
Just bad all around and a real shame because this used to be one of (if not the best) sub place in Dayton in it’s heyday. Now it’s barely clinging on.
To top it off, my order came to over 35 bucks for 2 subs and a chili with cheese (which barely had any cheese in it and was room temperature).
Avoid this place, unfortunately. Do yourself a favor, and if you want Subby’s, go to the XENIA location. It’s still like it used to be years ago.
This Beavercreek location isn’t it. Probably starts at the top with bad management.

The bread fell apart, way too much mayo, wasn’t sure if it was supposed to be a hot or cold sandwich.

I’ve been going to Subby’s since I was a kid.. I’ve always had so much love for this place. This was my first time going to this location since moving in the area & I was highly disappointed with the way my sub was made. The bottom bun had burnt crumbs & looked as if it was burnt residue smeared on the bun. Not sure if it was done deliberately because the bun itself wasn’t actually burnt but I picked the parts off that had the black crap all over it. It was easily noticeable especially to the person making the sub & prior to putting the toppings on it, so why serve a sandwich like that? Definitely couldn’t enjoy the meal. Also very disappointed they changed the bread… the bread changed the whole taste of the subs unfortunately.

This has hands down been my go to Subby’s for over a decade. The owner is one of the nicest people I have met and all the employees are always nice and happy to assist. Dry clean and has easy to get into parking.
The food is always amazing. I have never had a mess up and always a treat to come!!!

I got a pork Tender loin sandwich and fries about 6:45ish and it was extremely old. I have never had bad service at any Super Subby’s until now. This sandwich and fries tast like it is hours old. Definitely not made to order as is their customs. I will not go back to the Beavercreek, N. Fairfield location again. That’s how awful this food is. Better to starve and leave the food for the garbage. It’s a sad day for me indeed because this was the first bad meal ever from a Super Subby’s and it was worst than any McDonald’s food which to me is the worst restaurant.

Stopped by this location for a quick lunch while working. Good service, decent food but way overpriced for what You actually get. Reg Meatball sub Fry’s and a drink (med) was almost $17. I could tell the meatballs are frozen. I’ll probably not be going back.

We have enjoyed eating at Super Subby’s over 15 years. The menu has something for each of our family. Food is always hot and fresh, especially the side items like fries, onion rings, mushrooms. Food is always excellent, service friendly and store clean. We have never ever been disappointed in our food.
