This was a great lunch spot, especially after a walk. I got the avocado salad and “Mango Tango”. Both were delicious and fresh. My husband ordered the “Fountain of Youth” which he also enjoyed. We sat in the outside seating area and bathed in the sun as we soaked up vitamins. Definitely recommend stopping here.

If you’re looking for organic smoothies in Bartow/Lakeland, this place is such a gem. I grabbed three smoothies (one for me, one for my husband, and one for my daughter), and we all loved them.
Jody was so knowledgeable and clearly really passionate about clean, healthy ingredients. They started this after walking through some personal health issues and becoming very intentional about what goes into food, and you can truly taste and feel that care in their smoothies. Everything is organic, thoughtfully made, and even the protein options are clean and actually taste good.
I love supporting small businesses that genuinely care about what they’re serving people, and this one absolutely does. We’ll definitely be back.

Owners are soooo friendly. Food is delicious and healthy! They are very knowledgeable and only use the best ingredients. They also make their own walnut milk used as a base in the smoothies. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to eat/drink something tasty and good for your body! I’m excited to come back and try their veggie pita.

Stopping by this gem of a smoothie spot made my Monday more marvelous rather than dreadful. The Frooty Booty with vanilla protein is delightful and I got a large size that got me through my hour drive back home. I loved the unique and homey atmosphere with hand painted decor and educational canvasses for different superfoods and fruits. Not to mention it’s so fresh that the owner made walnut milk right in front of me! Will be visiting again soon!!!

Amazing experience at this smoothie health food shop. The owner is very knowledgeable about health foods and the body. He is very intentional about the ingredients he uses from the water to the fruit, herbs and spices. They are smoothies with a purpose and he makes sure to explain every ingredient and its benefits.
