Made a mobile order for in-store pickup. The store located in between the Exxon gas station and the Country Inn & Suites. There were parking lots free of charge. Arrived after the time of promise, and the order was packed in bag already. The cold beverages were offered by the dispenser machine. The Whopper meals came with drink and fries.

While the food is okay this has to be the most rude set of employees at any store I’ve ever seen. They will constantly ignore you after looking at you and they will speak about you in their own language which unfortunately for them half of us understand. Absolutely zero service provided and if you God forbid you ask for a condiment or any sort of service then be ready to face the consequences from condescending looks to items just thrown on the counter for you to pick up. I love using their coupons. Coupon 4229 gets you 2 medium Whopper meals for a decent price in today’s world. I still can’t believe what McDonald’s charges for a simple Big Mac today. It’s nearly 3 times what it was and it’s all bread. Burger King is a much better place to eat of you must do fast food.

We stopped by this particular restaurant for a quick meal, the whoppers we ordered were cold. The fries that came with it were equally cold. It was dry and because we were traveling, it didn’t make sense to turn around and come back. But my advice is to steer clear of this particular restaurant. They don’t take care of their customers. It was the worst hamburger I’ve ever had. I hope they see this review and improve their quality.Because it is terrible. It does not live up to the claims of the Burger King reputation.

The double whopper is always a favorite to fill an empty stomach. Quick service, friendly, smiling faces provided a fast meal hot and ready to eat. Much appreciated when time is restricted and you must eat and keep moving. Great location, many open parking spaces, and plenty of open tables to choose.

Took 15 minutes to make a single burger, fries, and drink. The people in front of me were served in five(ish) minutes. My burger had also been made w/ mayo when I specifically asked for it not to be, then it was poorly scraped off. I noticed a minimal amount before leaving, but much more when I got home.

We walked in, and we were the only customers in the line. The staff was socializing with each other (which is fine), but they ignored us, and it took over 7 min for them to come over and take our order. We almost walked out.
They took our order and gave us our receipt only to get our order wrong.
We asked for them to correct it, and they begrudgingly agreed to after we should them the receipt and sandwich.
They again got the sandwich wrong.
We asked a 3rd time for them to provide us with the correct order. They tried to refuse to correct the sandwich, even though we showed them the receipt and sandwich yet again.
After 5 min of back and forth, they cursed under their breath, calling us something and
FINALLY, on the 4th time, FOURTH TIME, they provided us with the “correct” sandwich. Which, I was a little nervous to eat by how the situation had gone. I didn’t trust that they had not done something to my food.
Feel free to check out the photo of my sad sandwich. Who would pay $5 to come back for that??!!
It should not be this hard to provide 1 sandwich. If I could give them negative stars, I would.
