The food was great. Fresh. Staff were great and helpful with making suggestions. Even the leftovers were tasty. The signature sauce was my favorite. The only reason I gave the visit a 3⭐️ is the pricing. For 5 piece chicken strips it was $10. Then to add fries and a drink is an additional $5. It’s mind blowing to me that $2 a chicken strip is outrageous. Most likely will not return due to this. The menu did not having pricing.

Our first time trying Super Chix. We ordered a Nashville Hot sandwhich and Honey Hot sandwhich for online pick-up, which were both excellent. The breaded chicken was cooked well and the sauces flavorful. The fries were also very good. If you get chicken strips, their signature sauces are available for dipping. The only criticism I will make about the food is the sandwich buns are relatively small compared to the size of the filet, making the sandwhich hard to hold. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was cleanly. The time it took to get our food after ordering was somewhat long – well over 15 minutes – and 9 minutes past estimated pick-up time (it was busy but not super busy). The price is inline with most fast casual restaurants these days: we paid over $35 for two sandwhich combos with slaw added to the sandwhich. Overall I am happy with this location and would probably revisit if I were near the mall and hungry for chicken.

I’ve visited three times now and absolutely love the food here. The tender strips are VERY large portions, served steaming HOT and cooked with a light and crispy breading. Same goes for the fried pickles- these are the best chicken tender / pickles I’ve had in Pensacola. The restaurant itself is clean and the service is great and quick too. I went ahead and downloaded their loyalty program app because I know I’ll be revisiting again soon!

Chicken was flavorless. Ihad the cordon bleu and all i tasted was the ham, i tried the chicken alone and all i tasted was breading. Tried my daughter’s grilled cheese and all i tasted was bread, the cheese had no flavor and they must’ve used unsalted butter. The grilled tenders were at least seasoned. Fries were decent. Custard was good. Service was very good . Bit cramped, wobbly table but they were on it to immediately clean when someone left and very attentive to your needs.

Walked in just based on the ambiance from outside. The staff was very super professional. Tried the buffalo sandwich with Cajun fries and Nashville Hot sandwich with rosemary fries. Both were great!! Had a small issue with one that was redone and I really appreciated how it was taken care of.
This is a spot I am going to visit again!
Next time I look forward to trying the custard and salads.

We stopped here for custard dessert: Cookies and Cream shake, Reese’s shake, and chocolate custard bowl. None of the employees greeted us when we walked in, we were the only customers there and somehow our dessert order took 15 minutes to come out to us. Most of the employees were visiting and staring at their phones behind the counter. The atmosphere was stark. We won’t be back, which is a shame because the custard tasted really great.

I have never had Nashville style chicken and I had heard good things about Super Chix so I decided to stop in. The restaurant was busy but clean and bright. I ordered the fried Nashville chicken sandwich, Cajun seasoned fries and coleslaw. I sat down to wait for my order and a nice young man that worked there came to me and said they had run out of coleslaw but I could get a refund or a replacement item. I asked for a suggestion and he mentioned one of my favorite things: fried pickles!! Ms. Eula came out to personally thank me for my patience and my business, I was soo impressed! And then the food came out. When I tell you that the amount of food was jaw dropping, I was shocked!!! Not only was it plentiful, but everything was hot, crisp, fresh, well seasoned and just damn delicious I immediately asked for a to go container because I knew there was no way I could finish it all but I sure tried. I will happily recommend Super Chix to everyone, I truly enjoyed my dinner. I’ll definitely be back!

The Nashville Hot Sandwich with cajun fries was delicious, as well as the Blackened Cajun with cajun cheese fries. The Sauce Bar was a fun addition to the experience. I love some sauce options. Overall great experience. We will be back!

Super Chix has a nicely modern theme with a bit of the Five Guys flavor with Chicken and Custard instead of burgers. I like their Grey, white, and yellow decor. The fries are the tiny fries like you get at a steak n shake but they season them to your liking. The chicken sandwich is good but not great. Good option for those at or near the Caedova mall for a fresh, made to order lunch.

I always enjoy visiting Super Chik. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and provides a pleasant atmosphere and child friendly. The food is made to order, and the chicken is always served hot. I particularly love the variety of seasonings offered for the fries—especially the pepper rosemary, which is absolutely delicious.
The staff here really stands out. Several different staff members checked on our table They check on your table, bring extra napkins, and even take away your garbage. You can tell they genuinely care about the customer experience. Angie, who took our order, was especially kind and made the experience even better.
Overall, it’s always a great dining experience at Super Chik. Highly recommend!
